What do the condition grades mean for rugs?
We grade on a clear scale: Brand New, New – Damaged Box, In Box Like New, Open Box (New / Like New / Good / Fair), Refurbished, Used, and As-Is / For Parts. Most rugs in our warehouse falls into an Open Box tier — basically new with imperfect packaging or a small cosmetic issue. We photograph every flaw so you see what you're getting before you pay.
What brands of rugs do you carry?
Every piece of rugs comes from a name-brand manufacturer supplying Costco, Amazon, Signature Hardware, or similar. We don't sell private-label knockoffs. The sticker on the box is the same one you'd find if you drove to a Costco warehouse — we just cut out the retailer margin.
Can I get more photos of the rugs before ordering?
Listings include multiple photos: main front shot, sides, back, any cushions or drawers, and close-ups of any noted imperfections. If you're shopping from Southern California and need more detail, call us and we'll take custom photos. Videos are also available for big-ticket rugs on request.
