We grade on a clear scale: Brand New, New – Damaged Box, In Box Like New, Open Box (New / Like New / Good / Fair), Refurbished, Used, and As-Is / For Parts. Most rugs in our warehouse falls into an Open Box tier — basically new with imperfect packaging or a small cosmetic issue. We photograph every flaw so you see what you're getting before you pay.

Is your rugs cheaper than buying on Amazon?

Most of the time, yes. We're pricing from a liquidation cost base, so our rugs runs well below Amazon's retail. Altadena customers frequently email us ASIN checks — we'll confirm whether we have the same item and what the price comparison is.
