Northbrook 9-piece Dining Table Set

Such a Great experience with this company , Good quality products , better prices and warranty your products if there’s any defects at all when opening box and will replace it ! Nothing more to ask for they offer it all 👍 they were willing to open up on Sunday for me because I really needed a shed to store my stuff same day so I wouldn’t leave my belongings outside . Definitely people who care about their costumers will be coming back soon to remodel my backyard

Fadi was extremely sweet. We went to his warehouse and he showed us everything he had. We were looking for sofa and dining table set. We love our new sofa. We also booked a dining table set but Fadi was kind enough to say that the table was refurbished and he wanted to give a new one. He is very responsive as well

(Translated by Google) Excellent prices, a wide variety of furniture, and wonderful customer service. (Original) Exelentes precios y tiene una amplia variedad de muebles y una maravillosa atención

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. I got a brand new bedroom set at a price that was sold out and would have cost more at Costco. Fadi and his team provided incredible service: same-day delivery, full assembly, and hauled away all the packaging so I didn’t have to deal with a thing. Everything was smooth, professional, and hassle-free. Highly recommend if you want quality furniture with great value and service.

Fadi is a pleasure to work with. Great products and great customer service.

Francis Retail went above and beyond to earn my business. Excellent customer service and support!!! I appreciated how the owner accommodated the delivery of the product despite the distance. Thank you so much!!!

I purchased a patio set from Fadi about a month ago. Since I saw the items on the website and not in person and were on the costlier side, I had lots of questions about the condition of the items. Fadi was prompt, friendly and patient. He took the time to send me pictures of everything and even did a video chat from the warehouse. He personally checked out the items before his crew hauled them over 100 miles to our house. His crew was also very friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!

Responded quickly and answered all the questions I had overall good communication and pricing. I would have no problem buying from him again.

Fadi and the team were awesome in helping me furnish my new home and getting delivery/install done. Great deals and great people!

He told me he would give me a free shed if I give him a review... Anyways he's a good guy willing to work with his customers. I will be more than happy to purchase from him again, and send more business his way.

Love my new shed and this guy is awesome..I will definitely be back and let everybody I know about him.. good prices and great customer service..

Perfect work, great guys and they made our shed fit in with our house. Very communicative with the whole process & reassuring! Definitely recommend.

Very easy to assemble and customer service was amazing. Any questions I had, I literally texted and got them answered. Highly recommend Fadi and his team! He is very friendly, responsive, professional, knowledgeable, honest. I'm no expert in furniture but I know quality and brands that are higher end and he has them. I looked all over the country for a specific fireplace that was originally sold at Costco and could not find it anywhere. It is a solid wood gorgeous fireplace console that worked perfectly with our needs. He has a lot of unique pieces and he is reasonably priced. We truly had a great experience with the purchase and delivery and set up.

Really appreciated their fast responses and loved the prices! They were amazing and so helpful, definitely buying again

The high winds here knocked over our OLD shed and WE CAME HOME to all the clothes and items in bins all over our yard. I found Fadi on Facebook after talking to several vendors. We found the best solution for our storage needs. These sheds are also HIGH quality - winds came back and the sheds held strong! I highly recommend them

Excellent service! On-time delivery, great deal, and even delivered out of area to earn my business. Fadi is just fantastic! This is now my second purchase!!! Definitely coming back!!

Great company, good communication! I purchased a storage shed from them and they delivered and installed it very quickly. Will use them again.

We met Fadi and purchased a motorized outdoor shade with a rechargeable battery, and we couldn’t be happier with it. It looks beautiful and works perfectly! While we were there, we took a look around the warehouse and were impressed by the selection of beautiful furniture and home décor. We ended up purchasing an electric fireplace as well, and we got a great deal on both items. The entire team was friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for quality products, great prices, and excellent customer service! Tip: Get accurate measurements of what you are going to pick up. We ended up using them for delivery with a fee because the items did not fit in our SUV.

This review is long overdue. I had an incredible experience with Francis Retail from start to finish. Communication was easy and quick, and the whole process felt smooth the entire time. Fadi was great to work with. Super responsive and clearly cares about making sure everything goes right for the customer. He takes pride in what he’s doing and wants people to walk away happy. Also worth mentioning: the pricing was honestly incredible, especially for the quality. Everything arrived in fantastic condition, exactly as described (if not better), which I really appreciated. Delivery and installation were just as solid. The white-glove service made things easy, and the team was professional and careful throughout. A really solid experience all around. I’m heading back for more this time around.
