Is your warehouse cheaper than buying on Amazon?

What's the difference between clearance and overstock at Francis Retail?
Overstock is always new/sealed. Clearance is our own internal "move this fast" pricing — can be any condition. Clearance items get marked down again because a truckload is incoming and we need the floor space. For the absolute lowest price, check clearance first.
Is overstock inventory truly brand-new?
Brand-new, factory-sealed. Overstock is just "too much inventory" — retailers clear it so they can stock new product. That's why we can sell it so cheaply.
Where does your Southern California-area liquidation furniture actually come from?
Our furniture comes from Costco returns, Amazon overstock, and Signature Hardware liquidation lots. When those retailers receive a return with a scuffed box or over-order a SKU, they can't sell it as new — so they liquidate it. We buy entire truckloads and resell to Southern California customers at 40-80% off the retailer's original price. Same brands, same factories.
