Both. Some of our stock is commercial-grade (rated for daily 8+ hour use in a corporate environment); some is consumer-grade. Liquidation truckloads from office-furniture retailers like Steelcase, Herman Miller seconds, and HON are commercial. Truckloads from Costco or Amazon tend to be consumer. Southern California home offices often don't need commercial-grade — consumer does fine for 8 hours daily.
What's the best time to drive from Southern California to pick up office?
We're just off the 5 freeway at the Telegraph exit. For Southern California customers, that's about 0 minutes door-to-door in light traffic. Pickups after 3PM tend to hit commuter traffic on the way home, so mornings and Saturday are best if you're hauling office yourself.
