Ship Pergolas & Patio Covers from Los Angeles to Seattle, WA

Every pergolas listing shows its condition: New (sealed, unopened), Open Box (returned or display, inspected and graded), or As-Is (visible wear, sold at deeper discount). Condition is disclosed on the product page before you add to cart — no bait-and-switch when the pallet arrives at your Seattle door.

Warp's current transit estimate for the 1,135 miles Seattle lane is 6 business days after pickup from our warehouse, plus 1-2 days handling to prep the pallet. The carrier calls you 24-48 hours before the delivery window so you can pick a 4-hour slot.

Once the pallet leaves our Santa Fe Springs dock, Warp emails a tracking link with PRO number and status updates. You'll see it move from our LA origin to the Seattle delivery terminal. The carrier will also call 24-48 hours before the delivery window to confirm your WA address and scheduling.

Inspect every piece before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL). Write any visible damage on the BOL before the driver leaves Seattle — that's critical for our carrier claim. Photograph the freight, packaging, and pallet, email photos plus your order number to [email protected] within 48 hours, and keep all packaging until the claim is closed. We resolve verified damage at no cost to you — replacement parts, repair, a replacement unit, partial credit, or a return with refund, at our election.

We do not currently collect Washington sales tax on pergolas orders shipped to Seattle. Washington use tax may apply under state law — check with a WA tax professional if you have questions about your obligations as a buyer. Stripe Tax recalculates at final checkout if our nexus status has changed.

Pickup from our 1,135 miles-away Santa Fe Springs warehouse, LTL freight transit on Warp's Seattle lane, curbside delivery with liftgate, and carrier scheduling. The one optional add-on — two-man inside delivery (white-glove) for a flat $300 — is a visible line item at checkout, not hidden inside the base rate.
