Portland shoppers don't have to settle for local pergolas prices. Francis Retail liquidates overstock pergolas and hardtop gazebos by the truckload and ships it from Los Angeles to Portland, OR at predictable flat-rate freight — same pieces the big-box stores sell, delivered to your door after LTL transit (the current estimate is shown with the rate).
Dimensions matter more than distance for pergolas. A 960 miles run from Santa Fe Springs to Portland is 15 hours of drive time the carrier eats, not you. What kicks a freight quote off a cliff is when the pallet breaks Warp's 50×50×85 envelope or crosses 850 lb. For pergolas and hardtop gazebos, that's rare — we design our pallets around the flat-rate ceiling. The handful of SKUs that don't fit (oversized sectionals, long pergola beams, full home-gym sets) get a transparent custom quote instead of a surprise-at-delivery rate.
For pergolas bound for Portland, OR, expect a scheduling call from the freight carrier 1-2 business days before delivery so you can pick a 4-hour window. Curbside is the default. Add two-man inside delivery (white-glove, flat $300) at checkout if the item is heavy, bulky, or going upstairs.

How pergolas freight delivery works
Curbside + liftgate
Standard freight is curbside with liftgate: the driver lowers the pallet to your driveway or curb. Moving it inside is up to you unless you add inside delivery.
Two-man inside delivery (white-glove)
A 2-person crew brings your items inside your home, to the room of your choice — not just the curb. One flat $300 per order. Assembly isn't included.
Pergolas shipping to Portland — FAQ
How much pergolas do you actually stock?
Our Santa Fe Springs warehouse runs 10,000+ sq ft of active inventory with new truckloads arriving weekly. Pergolas & Patio Covers turnover is fast — the product grid on this page is a live slice of what's in stock and freight-eligible for Portland today. Items can move before a OR order ships, which is why we hold a unit once you pay.
Why is your pergolas cheaper than Amazon for Portland delivery?
Our pergolas is often literally Amazon's inventory — overstock and returned-pallet liquidation from the same warehouses that stock Amazon. We skip Amazon's retail markup and the fulfillment fees baked into their price, then ship from Santa Fe Springs to Portland. Same product, same condition grade, typically 40-80% less even after 960 miles of freight.
How does pergolas ship on freight to Portland?
Most pergolas and hardtop gazebos fit on a single 50×50×85-inch pallet under 850 lb, which is Warp's flat-rate ceiling on the Portland lane. The crew at our Santa Fe Springs warehouse boxes, wraps, and palletizes each item. If your specific SKU exceeds the ceiling (oversized pieces, multi-box sets), checkout will show a custom quote instead of the flat-rate number — no surprises.
What happens if my pergolas order needs multiple pallets for the Portland lane?
Multi-pallet pergolas shipments to Portland still qualify for flat-rate pricing per pallet as long as each stays inside Warp's 50×50×85 / 850-lb ceiling. Checkout totals the per-pallet rates transparently — you see the exact count and breakdown before confirming the order.
How far in advance should I order pergolas for Portland delivery?
Plan on about 2 weeks from order placement to a scheduled delivery window at your Portland address: 1-2 business days of warehouse handling, 960 miles of LTL freight transit (6 business days), plus a carrier-scheduled appointment window. If you need pergolas by a specific date, call us before ordering.
Do pergolas items shipped to Portland come with a manufacturer warranty?
Manufacturer warranties usually do NOT transfer on liquidation pergolas — check each product page for your specific unit. Where a warranty does survive, claims on Portland orders go to the manufacturer directly with your purchase record; we can also help if you get stuck. Undisclosed damage or defects are covered separately by our 48-hour reporting window.
