Pergolas Shipping to Reno, NV

Yes. Afterpay, Klarna, and Affirm are available at checkout on most pergolas orders, including freight shipments to Reno. Financing applies to the full landed cost (product + freight + any applicable Nevada tax), not just the product subtotal.

Standard Warp LTL coverage protects pergolas up to a carrier liability limit (typically $0.10/lb for used freight class). For high-value Reno orders we offer optional declared-value coverage at checkout — it increases the declared value of the shipment with the carrier and funds our recovery if the pallet is damaged or lost. Either way, your remedy for damage on arrival is our damage-resolution process at no cost to you — it doesn't depend on the coverage outcome.

Yes — our Santa Fe Springs warehouse is open to the public Mon-Fri 9-5 and Sat 10-4. If you want hands-on eyes on a specific pergolas SKU before it leaves for Reno, call (562) 568-8883 to arrange a walk-through. For remote buyers we can also send additional photos or a short video of your exact piece.

Authorized 7-day change-of-mind returns on eligible Brand New and Open Box pergolas: customer pays return freight plus a 15-30% restocking fee. Damage claims are separate — email photos within 48 hours of Reno delivery and we resolve it at no cost to you (parts, repair, replacement, partial credit, or return with refund, at our election). Items marked "As-Is / For Parts" are final sale and disclosed as such on the product page.

Often yes. Because the Reno lane rate is flat per pallet, adding more pergolas items to the same pallet is effectively free — your per-item shipping cost drops sharply. If you're furnishing a room or the whole home in Reno, it's usually cheaper to batch orders than to ship one piece at a time.

Our pergolas inventory is sourced from Costco, Amazon, and Signature Hardware overstock plus truckload liquidations from other major retailers. For Reno orders specifically, you'll see the same brand-name pergolas, hardtop gazebos, and patio covers that retail stores carry — at 40-80% off their retail prices — because our sourcing isn't tied to a local NV distribution network.
