Condition is disclosed on the product page before you add to cart — no bait-and-switch when the pallet arrives at your Boise door.

Once the pallet leaves our Santa Fe Springs dock, Warp emails a tracking link with PRO number and status updates. You'll see it move from our LA origin to the Boise delivery terminal. The carrier will also call 24-48 hours before the delivery window to confirm your ID address and scheduling.
