Three things: (1) measure your doorways, stairs, and access route — overstock ships palletized, not flat-packed, and confirming fit and access is the buyer's responsibility; (2) be home for the delivery window (4 hours, scheduled 24-48 hours out); and (3) inspect every piece before signing the BOL, write any damage on it, photograph everything, and keep the packaging.
