Why does bedroom cost so much in Texas (Statewide)? Because local retail in a metro of 2.5M people (median household income near $87K) can charge what it charges. Francis Retail sells liquidation inventory from our own warehouse and ships it to your TX address on a flat-rate freight lane built for bedroom sets and bed frames.
Texas tax handling on bedroom orders: unless we've crossed a nexus threshold in TX, Francis Retail doesn't collect state sales tax at checkout — Texas use tax may apply per state law. The practical upshot: a piece of bedroom that lists locally in Texas (Statewide) with tax baked in often costs materially less when you order from us and pay flat-rate freight, even after freight is added. We do the math on the landed-cost table below so you can see exactly what a specific SKU costs delivered to your TX door.
Every bedroom shipment to Texas (Statewide) includes liftgate — the driver lowers the pallet to ground level on a hydraulic gate so you don't need a dock. For a flat $300, two-man inside delivery (white-glove) brings it to the room of your choice — a visible add-on at checkout.

How bedroom freight delivery works
Curbside + liftgate
Standard freight is curbside with liftgate: the driver lowers the pallet to your driveway or curb. Moving it inside is up to you unless you add inside delivery.
Two-man inside delivery (white-glove)
A 2-person crew brings your items inside your home, to the room of your choice — not just the curb. One flat $300 per order. Assembly isn't included.
Bedroom shipping to Texas (Statewide) — FAQ
Can I inspect bedroom before it ships to Texas (Statewide)?
Yes — our Santa Fe Springs warehouse is open to the public Mon-Fri 9-5 and Sat 10-4. If you want hands-on eyes on a specific bedroom SKU before it leaves for Texas (Statewide), call (562) 568-8883 to arrange a walk-through. For remote buyers we can also send additional photos or a short video of your exact piece.
What payment methods do you accept for Texas (Statewide) bedroom orders?
Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, Amazon Pay, Link, and financing via Afterpay, Klarna, and Affirm. All handled through Stripe at checkout. Texas buyers see the same payment options as CA buyers on bedroom orders.
What should Texas (Statewide) buyers know before ordering bedroom freight?
Three things: (1) measure your doorways, stairs, and access route — bedroom ships palletized, not flat-packed, and confirming fit and access is the buyer's responsibility; (2) be home for the delivery window (4 hours, scheduled 24-48 hours out); and (3) inspect every piece before signing the BOL, write any damage on it, photograph everything, and keep the packaging. That last one is the single biggest difference between a smooth Texas (Statewide) delivery and a slow damage claim.
How much bedroom do you actually stock?
Our Santa Fe Springs warehouse runs 10,000+ sq ft of active inventory with new truckloads arriving weekly. Discount Bedroom Sets turnover is fast — the product grid on this page is a live slice of what's in stock and freight-eligible for Texas (Statewide) today. Items can move before a TX order ships, which is why we hold a unit once you pay.
Do I need to be home for a bedroom delivery in Texas (Statewide)?
Yes — residential bedroom freight to Texas (Statewide) requires someone 18+ present at the delivery address to sign the Bill of Lading. The carrier will call to schedule a 4-hour window so you're not waiting all day. If no one's home during the confirmed window, the carrier's actual reattempt and storage charges apply before redelivery.
How long does it take to assemble bedroom after it arrives in Texas (Statewide)?
Varies by item — boxed bedroom sets typically take 30-90 minutes with basic tools, larger pieces 2-4 hours. Freight delivery doesn't include assembly; the two-man inside delivery add-on ($300) gets it to the room of your choice in Texas (Statewide), ready for you or a local handyman to assemble.
