Discount Bedroom Sets Shipped to Austin, TX

Yes. The rate on this page is the current flat-rate quote for a representative bedroom pallet to the Austin catchment. If your item is oversized or your zip is at the edge of the lane, call (562) 568-8883 or email [email protected] and we'll confirm the exact rate and transit for your specific SKU and TX zip before you check out.

Our bedroom is often literally Amazon's inventory — overstock and returned-pallet liquidation from the same warehouses that stock Amazon. We skip Amazon's retail markup and the fulfillment fees baked into their price, then ship from Santa Fe Springs to Austin. Same product, same condition grade, typically 40-80% less even after 1,377 miles of freight.

Once the pallet leaves our Santa Fe Springs dock, Warp emails a tracking link with PRO number and status updates. You'll see it move from our LA origin to the Austin delivery terminal. The carrier will also call 24-48 hours before the delivery window to confirm your TX address and scheduling.

Yes — residential bedroom freight to Austin requires someone 18+ present at the delivery address to sign the Bill of Lading. The carrier will call to schedule a 4-hour window so you're not waiting all day. If no one's home during the confirmed window, the carrier's actual reattempt and storage charges apply before redelivery.

Three things: (1) measure your doorways, stairs, and access route — bedroom ships palletized, not flat-packed, and confirming fit and access is the buyer's responsibility; (2) be home for the delivery window (4 hours, scheduled 24-48 hours out); and (3) inspect every piece before signing the BOL, write any damage on it, photograph everything, and keep the packaging. That last one is the single biggest difference between a smooth Austin delivery and a slow damage claim.

Standard Warp LTL coverage protects bedroom up to a carrier liability limit (typically $0.10/lb for used freight class). For high-value Austin orders we offer optional declared-value coverage at checkout — it increases the declared value of the shipment with the carrier and funds our recovery if the pallet is damaged or lost. Either way, your remedy for damage on arrival is our damage-resolution process at no cost to you — it doesn't depend on the coverage outcome.
