Pergolas & Patio Covers delivered to Philadelphia, PA — that's the short version. Francis Retail sources pergolas, hardtop gazebos, and patio covers from major retailers clearing inventory, warehouses it in Santa Fe Springs, and ships it 2,720 miles to the Pennsylvania metro on a Warp freight lane. The freight price you see before you pay includes fuel — no separate fuel surcharge.
Most pergolas items we ship fit cleanly on a single pallet inside the 2,720 miles lane to Philadelphia. That means the rate you see on this page is the rate you'll pay, not an opening bid. If you're furnishing a home in the Philadelphia metro — population ~6.2M — run the landed-cost math: we sell pergolas and hardtop gazebos at 40-80% off retail, and the current rate for a standard pallet is shown on this page.
Curbside delivery with liftgate is included on every pergolas order to Philadelphia. Driver calls 24-48 hours ahead to book a 4-hour window. Two-man inside delivery (white-glove) to the room of your choice is a flat $300 checkout add-on.

How pergolas freight delivery works
Curbside + liftgate
Standard freight is curbside with liftgate: the driver lowers the pallet to your driveway or curb. Moving it inside is up to you unless you add inside delivery.
Two-man inside delivery (white-glove)
A 2-person crew brings your items inside your home, to the room of your choice — not just the curb. One flat $300 per order. Assembly isn't included.
Pergolas shipping to Philadelphia — FAQ
Does Pennsylvania weather affect pergolas freight transit?
Extreme weather in Pennsylvania — winter storms, summer heat, hurricane season along the Gulf — can add 1-3 days to the 2,720 miles transit. Warp routes around closures when possible. The pergolas itself ships palletized and shrink-wrapped; climate-sensitive items (mattresses, electronics) stay in sealed packaging until delivery.
Do I need to be home for a pergolas delivery in Philadelphia?
Yes — residential pergolas freight to Philadelphia requires someone 18+ present at the delivery address to sign the Bill of Lading. The carrier will call to schedule a 4-hour window so you're not waiting all day. If no one's home during the confirmed window, the carrier's actual reattempt and storage charges apply before redelivery.
What if my pergolas item is too large for flat-rate freight to Philadelphia?
Oversized pergolas — longer than 85 inches in any dimension, heavier than 850 lb, or multi-pallet — gets a custom Warp quote instead of the flat rate. The product page flags this and the checkout flow shows the actual rate for your specific Philadelphia zip before you pay — oversized pieces are priced before payment, not surprise-billed later.
Can I combine pergolas with other items in one shipment to Philadelphia?
Yes — multiple items to the same Philadelphia address ship on combined pallets as long as the total stays within Warp's 850-lb, 50×50×85 flat-rate ceiling. If your cart exceeds that, checkout shows a multi-pallet freight quote (still flat-rate per pallet) instead of surprise fees at delivery.
Can I confirm the pergolas freight rate to Philadelphia before placing an order?
Yes. The rate on this page is the current flat-rate quote for a representative pergolas pallet to the Philadelphia catchment. If your item is oversized or your zip is at the edge of the lane, call (562) 568-8883 or email [email protected] and we'll confirm the exact rate and transit for your specific SKU and PA zip before you check out.
Why is your pergolas cheaper than Amazon for Philadelphia delivery?
Our pergolas is often literally Amazon's inventory — overstock and returned-pallet liquidation from the same warehouses that stock Amazon. We skip Amazon's retail markup and the fulfillment fees baked into their price, then ship from Santa Fe Springs to Philadelphia. Same product, same condition grade, typically 40-80% less even after 2,720 miles of freight.
