Pergolas & Patio Covers delivered to Baltimore, MD — that's the short version. Francis Retail sources pergolas, hardtop gazebos, and patio covers from major retailers clearing inventory, warehouses it in Santa Fe Springs, and ships it 2,635 miles to the Maryland metro on a Warp freight lane. The freight price you see before you pay includes fuel — no separate fuel surcharge.
The physical reality of shipping pergolas is where freight quotes get complicated: weight, dimensions, and distance all move the price. Our lane to Baltimore is flat rate under Warp's 850-lb, 50×50×85-inch pallet ceiling, which covers the vast majority of pergolas and hardtop gazebos we sell. Anything that busts the ceiling gets a custom freight quote at checkout — you'll never see a "starting at" price turn into something else after you've already decided to buy.
Every pergolas shipment to Baltimore includes liftgate — the driver lowers the pallet to ground level on a hydraulic gate so you don't need a dock. For a flat $300, two-man inside delivery (white-glove) brings it to the room of your choice — a visible add-on at checkout.

How pergolas freight delivery works
Curbside + liftgate
Standard freight is curbside with liftgate: the driver lowers the pallet to your driveway or curb. Moving it inside is up to you unless you add inside delivery.
Two-man inside delivery (white-glove)
A 2-person crew brings your items inside your home, to the room of your choice — not just the curb. One flat $300 per order. Assembly isn't included.
