Open Box Deals delivered to Orlando, FL — that's the short version. Francis Retail sources open-box sofas, open-box beds, and open-box appliances from major retailers clearing inventory, warehouses it in Santa Fe Springs, and ships it 2,505 miles to the Florida metro on a Warp freight lane. The freight price you see before you pay includes fuel — no separate fuel surcharge.
Dimensions matter more than distance for open box. A 2,505 miles run from Santa Fe Springs to Orlando is 37 hours of drive time the carrier eats, not you. What kicks a freight quote off a cliff is when the pallet breaks Warp's 50×50×85 envelope or crosses 850 lb. For open-box sofas and open-box beds, that's rare — we design our pallets around the flat-rate ceiling. The handful of SKUs that don't fit (oversized sectionals, long pergola beams, full home-gym sets) get a transparent custom quote instead of a surprise-at-delivery rate.
Curbside delivery with liftgate is included on every open box order to Orlando. Driver calls 24-48 hours ahead to book a 4-hour window. Two-man inside delivery (white-glove) to the room of your choice is a flat $300 checkout add-on.

How open box freight delivery works
Curbside + liftgate
Standard freight is curbside with liftgate: the driver lowers the pallet to your driveway or curb. Moving it inside is up to you unless you add inside delivery.
Two-man inside delivery (white-glove)
A 2-person crew brings your items inside your home, to the room of your choice — not just the curb. One flat $300 per order. Assembly isn't included.
Open Box shipping to Orlando — FAQ
How do I track a open box freight shipment headed to Orlando?
Once the pallet leaves our Santa Fe Springs dock, Warp emails a tracking link with PRO number and status updates. You'll see it move from our LA origin to the Orlando delivery terminal. The carrier will also call 24-48 hours before the delivery window to confirm your FL address and scheduling.
What payment methods do you accept for Orlando open box orders?
Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, Amazon Pay, Link, and financing via Afterpay, Klarna, and Affirm. All handled through Stripe at checkout. Florida buyers see the same payment options as CA buyers on open box orders.
Is shipping open box from LA to Orlando really cheaper than buying locally?
On most SKUs, yes. Our open box is priced 40-80% below retail because it's liquidation inventory, not fresh retail stock. Even after adding flat-rate freight on the 2,505 miles Orlando lane, the landed cost usually beats what the same piece sells for at Orlando retail (where 2.7M residents pay full markup). The landed-cost table on this page shows the exact math.
How does open box ship on freight to Orlando?
Most open-box sofas and open-box beds fit on a single 50×50×85-inch pallet under 850 lb, which is Warp's flat-rate ceiling on the Orlando lane. The crew at our Santa Fe Springs warehouse boxes, wraps, and palletizes each item. If your specific SKU exceeds the ceiling (oversized pieces, multi-box sets), checkout will show a custom quote instead of the flat-rate number — no surprises.
Do I need to be home for a open box delivery in Orlando?
Yes — residential open box freight to Orlando requires someone 18+ present at the delivery address to sign the Bill of Lading. The carrier will call to schedule a 4-hour window so you're not waiting all day. If no one's home during the confirmed window, the carrier's actual reattempt and storage charges apply before redelivery.
Can I confirm the open box freight rate to Orlando before placing an order?
Yes. The rate on this page is the current flat-rate quote for a representative open box pallet to the Orlando catchment. If your item is oversized or your zip is at the edge of the lane, call (562) 568-8883 or email [email protected] and we'll confirm the exact rate and transit for your specific SKU and FL zip before you check out.
