Freight quote on request
We don't have an instant freight rate we can sell to Lafayette right now, so a person prices it for your ZIP and items. Call, text or email and we'll come back with a delivered price. Already have items in your cart? Checkout's “Request a freight quote” form sends us the exact items and address.
If you're shopping for pergolas in Lafayette, Louisiana, Francis Retail runs a flat-rate freight lane from our Santa Fe Springs warehouse to the Lafayette metro. We stock pergolas, hardtop gazebos, and patio covers from Costco, Amazon, and Signature Hardware at 40-80% off retail — and ship them 1,730 miles to your LA address by Warp LTL freight, with no markup added to the freight price.
Most pergolas items we ship fit cleanly on a single pallet inside the 1,730 miles lane to Lafayette. That means the rate you see on this page is the rate you'll pay, not an opening bid. If you're furnishing a home in the Lafayette metro — population ~478K — run the landed-cost math: we sell pergolas and hardtop gazebos at 40-80% off retail, and the current rate for a standard pallet is shown on this page.
Every pergolas shipment to Lafayette includes liftgate — the driver lowers the pallet to ground level on a hydraulic gate so you don't need a dock. For a flat $300, two-man inside delivery (white-glove) brings it to the room of your choice — a visible add-on at checkout.

How pergolas freight delivery works
Curbside + liftgate
Standard freight is curbside with liftgate: the driver lowers the pallet to your driveway or curb. Moving it inside is up to you unless you add inside delivery.
Two-man inside delivery (white-glove)
A 2-person crew brings your items inside your home, to the room of your choice — not just the curb. One flat $300 per order. Assembly isn't included.
Pergolas shipping to Lafayette — FAQ
Can I finance pergolas orders shipped to Lafayette?
Yes. Afterpay, Klarna, and Affirm are available at checkout on most pergolas orders, including freight shipments to Lafayette. Financing applies to the full landed cost (product + freight + any applicable Louisiana tax), not just the product subtotal.
Does Louisiana weather affect pergolas freight transit?
Extreme weather in Louisiana — winter storms, summer heat, hurricane season along the Gulf — can add 1-3 days to the 1,730 miles transit. Warp routes around closures when possible. The pergolas itself ships palletized and shrink-wrapped; climate-sensitive items (mattresses, electronics) stay in sealed packaging until delivery.
What payment methods do you accept for Lafayette pergolas orders?
Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, Amazon Pay, Link, and financing via Afterpay, Klarna, and Affirm. All handled through Stripe at checkout. Louisiana buyers see the same payment options as CA buyers on pergolas orders.
How long does it take to ship pergolas from Los Angeles to Lafayette?
Transit depends on the lane and the carrier's schedule — the current Warp estimate for Lafayette is shown with the rate on this page and confirmed at checkout. Allow 1-2 days handling to prep the pallet. The carrier calls you 24-48 hours before the delivery window so you can pick a 4-hour slot.
What delivery hours does the Lafayette freight carrier operate?
Warp's Lafayette carrier partner typically delivers pergolas Monday through Friday during business hours. Saturday delivery may be available for an extra fee — ask at checkout. After the carrier calls to schedule, you'll pick a 4-hour window that works for you at your LA address.
What does inside (white-glove) delivery cost on Lafayette pergolas shipments?
Checkout offers one delivery add-on: two-man inside delivery (white-glove) for a flat $300. A 2-person crew brings your pergolas inside your LA home to the room of your choice instead of leaving it at the curb. It doesn't include assembly. Without it, freight to Lafayette is curbside with liftgate.
