Pergolas & Patio Covers Shipped to Houston, TX

Yes — residential pergolas freight to Houston requires someone 18+ present at the delivery address to sign the Bill of Lading. The carrier will call to schedule a 4-hour window so you're not waiting all day. If no one's home during the confirmed window, the carrier's actual reattempt and storage charges apply before redelivery.

Yes. Afterpay, Klarna, and Affirm are available at checkout on most pergolas orders, including freight shipments to Houston. Financing applies to the full landed cost (product + freight + any applicable Texas tax), not just the product subtotal.

Manufacturer warranties usually do NOT transfer on liquidation pergolas — check each product page for your specific unit. Where a warranty does survive, claims on Houston orders go to the manufacturer directly with your purchase record; we can also help if you get stuck. Undisclosed damage or defects are covered separately by our 48-hour reporting window.

Yes. Houston is on our Warp freight lane. We ship pergolas, hardtop gazebos, and patio covers from our Santa Fe Springs, California warehouse to the Houston metro at flat-rate freight. The lane covers Houston proper and nearby areas including Sugar Land, Pearland, The Woodlands.

Our pergolas inventory is sourced from Costco, Amazon, and Signature Hardware overstock plus truckload liquidations from other major retailers. For Houston orders specifically, you'll see the same brand-name pergolas, hardtop gazebos, and patio covers that retail stores carry — at 40-80% off their retail prices — because our sourcing isn't tied to a local TX distribution network.

Extreme weather in Texas — winter storms, summer heat, hurricane season along the Gulf — can add 1-3 days to the 1,550 miles transit. Warp routes around closures when possible. The pergolas itself ships palletized and shrink-wrapped; climate-sensitive items (mattresses, electronics) stay in sealed packaging until delivery.
