Liquidation Open Box Delivered to Houston, TX

Pickup from our 1,550 miles-away Santa Fe Springs warehouse, LTL freight transit on Warp's Houston lane, curbside delivery with liftgate, and carrier scheduling. The one optional add-on — two-man inside delivery (white-glove) for a flat $300 — is a visible line item at checkout, not hidden inside the base rate.

Inspect every piece before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL). Write any visible damage on the BOL before the driver leaves Houston — that's critical for our carrier claim. Photograph the freight, packaging, and pallet, email photos plus your order number to [email protected] within 48 hours, and keep all packaging until the claim is closed. We resolve verified damage at no cost to you — replacement parts, repair, a replacement unit, partial credit, or a return with refund, at our election.

Yes. Afterpay, Klarna, and Affirm are available at checkout on most open box orders, including freight shipments to Houston. Financing applies to the full landed cost (product + freight + any applicable Texas tax), not just the product subtotal.

Yes — residential open box freight to Houston requires someone 18+ present at the delivery address to sign the Bill of Lading. The carrier will call to schedule a 4-hour window so you're not waiting all day. If no one's home during the confirmed window, the carrier's actual reattempt and storage charges apply before redelivery.

Manufacturer warranties usually do NOT transfer on liquidation open box — check each product page for your specific unit. Where a warranty does survive, claims on Houston orders go to the manufacturer directly with your purchase record; we can also help if you get stuck. Undisclosed damage or defects are covered separately by our 48-hour reporting window.

Multi-pallet open box shipments to Houston still qualify for flat-rate pricing per pallet as long as each stays inside Warp's 50×50×85 / 850-lb ceiling. Checkout totals the per-pallet rates transparently — you see the exact count and breakdown before confirming the order.
