Austin Open Box Freight — Flat-Rate from LA

Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, Amazon Pay, Link, and financing via Afterpay, Klarna, and Affirm. All handled through Stripe at checkout. Texas buyers see the same payment options as CA buyers on open box orders.

Yes — multiple items to the same Austin address ship on combined pallets as long as the total stays within Warp's 850-lb, 50×50×85 flat-rate ceiling. If your cart exceeds that, checkout shows a multi-pallet freight quote (still flat-rate per pallet) instead of surprise fees at delivery.

Oversized open box — longer than 85 inches in any dimension, heavier than 850 lb, or multi-pallet — gets a custom Warp quote instead of the flat rate. The product page flags this and the checkout flow shows the actual rate for your specific Austin zip before you pay — oversized pieces are priced before payment, not surprise-billed later.

Plan on about 2 weeks from order placement to a scheduled delivery window at your Austin address: 1-2 business days of warehouse handling, 1,377 miles of LTL freight transit (5 business days), plus a carrier-scheduled appointment window. If you need open box by a specific date, call us before ordering.

We do not currently collect Texas sales tax on open box orders shipped to Austin. Texas use tax may apply under state law — check with a TX tax professional if you have questions about your obligations as a buyer. Stripe Tax recalculates at final checkout if our nexus status has changed.

Manufacturer warranties usually do NOT transfer on liquidation open box — check each product page for your specific unit. Where a warranty does survive, claims on Austin orders go to the manufacturer directly with your purchase record; we can also help if you get stuck. Undisclosed damage or defects are covered separately by our 48-hour reporting window.
