If you're shopping for open box in Greenville, South Carolina, Francis Retail runs a flat-rate freight lane from our Santa Fe Springs warehouse to the Greenville metro. We stock open-box sofas, open-box beds, and open-box appliances from Costco, Amazon, and Signature Hardware at 40-80% off retail — and ship them 2,240 miles to your SC address by Warp LTL freight, with no markup added to the freight price.
The physical reality of shipping open box is where freight quotes get complicated: weight, dimensions, and distance all move the price. Our lane to Greenville is flat rate under Warp's 850-lb, 50×50×85-inch pallet ceiling, which covers the vast majority of open-box sofas and open-box beds we sell. Anything that busts the ceiling gets a custom freight quote at checkout — you'll never see a "starting at" price turn into something else after you've already decided to buy.
Curbside delivery with liftgate is included on every open box order to Greenville. Driver calls 24-48 hours ahead to book a 4-hour window. Two-man inside delivery (white-glove) to the room of your choice is a flat $300 checkout add-on.

How open box freight delivery works
Curbside + liftgate
Standard freight is curbside with liftgate: the driver lowers the pallet to your driveway or curb. Moving it inside is up to you unless you add inside delivery.
Two-man inside delivery (white-glove)
A 2-person crew brings your items inside your home, to the room of your choice — not just the curb. One flat $300 per order. Assembly isn't included.
Open Box shipping to Greenville — FAQ
Can I pick up open box at a Greenville freight terminal instead of having it delivered?
On several Greenville lanes, the carrier supports terminal pickup, which saves the residential delivery surcharge. Email [email protected] or call (562) 568-8883 before placing the order and we'll confirm whether your specific open box item supports Greenville-terminal pickup and what the savings would be.
Can I combine open box with other items in one shipment to Greenville?
Yes — multiple items to the same Greenville address ship on combined pallets as long as the total stays within Warp's 850-lb, 50×50×85 flat-rate ceiling. If your cart exceeds that, checkout shows a multi-pallet freight quote (still flat-rate per pallet) instead of surprise fees at delivery.
How does open box ship on freight to Greenville?
Most open-box sofas and open-box beds fit on a single 50×50×85-inch pallet under 850 lb, which is Warp's flat-rate ceiling on the Greenville lane. The crew at our Santa Fe Springs warehouse boxes, wraps, and palletizes each item. If your specific SKU exceeds the ceiling (oversized pieces, multi-box sets), checkout will show a custom quote instead of the flat-rate number — no surprises.
Can I finance open box orders shipped to Greenville?
Yes. Afterpay, Klarna, and Affirm are available at checkout on most open box orders, including freight shipments to Greenville. Financing applies to the full landed cost (product + freight + any applicable South Carolina tax), not just the product subtotal.
What happens if my open box order needs multiple pallets for the Greenville lane?
Multi-pallet open box shipments to Greenville still qualify for flat-rate pricing per pallet as long as each stays inside Warp's 50×50×85 / 850-lb ceiling. Checkout totals the per-pallet rates transparently — you see the exact count and breakdown before confirming the order.
Are the open box items shipped to Greenville new, open-box, or used?
Every open box listing shows its condition: New (sealed, unopened), Open Box (returned or display, inspected and graded), or As-Is (visible wear, sold at deeper discount). Condition is disclosed on the product page before you add to cart — no bait-and-switch when the pallet arrives at your Greenville door.
