If you're shopping for open box in Atlanta, Georgia, Francis Retail runs a flat-rate freight lane from our Santa Fe Springs warehouse to the Atlanta metro. We stock open-box sofas, open-box beds, and open-box appliances from Costco, Amazon, and Signature Hardware at 40-80% off retail — and ship them 2,175 miles to your GA address by Warp LTL freight, with no markup added to the freight price.
Dimensions matter more than distance for open box. A 2,175 miles run from Santa Fe Springs to Atlanta is 32 hours of drive time the carrier eats, not you. What kicks a freight quote off a cliff is when the pallet breaks Warp's 50×50×85 envelope or crosses 850 lb. For open-box sofas and open-box beds, that's rare — we design our pallets around the flat-rate ceiling. The handful of SKUs that don't fit (oversized sectionals, long pergola beams, full home-gym sets) get a transparent custom quote instead of a surprise-at-delivery rate.
Every open box shipment to Atlanta includes liftgate — the driver lowers the pallet to ground level on a hydraulic gate so you don't need a dock. For a flat $300, two-man inside delivery (white-glove) brings it to the room of your choice — a visible add-on at checkout.

How open box freight delivery works
Curbside + liftgate
Standard freight is curbside with liftgate: the driver lowers the pallet to your driveway or curb. Moving it inside is up to you unless you add inside delivery.
Two-man inside delivery (white-glove)
A 2-person crew brings your items inside your home, to the room of your choice — not just the curb. One flat $300 per order. Assembly isn't included.
Open Box shipping to Atlanta — FAQ
What payment methods do you accept for Atlanta open box orders?
Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, Amazon Pay, Link, and financing via Afterpay, Klarna, and Affirm. All handled through Stripe at checkout. Georgia buyers see the same payment options as CA buyers on open box orders.
How long does it take to ship open box from Los Angeles to Atlanta?
Warp's current transit estimate for the 2,175 miles Atlanta lane is 5 business days after pickup from our warehouse, plus 1-2 days handling to prep the pallet. The carrier calls you 24-48 hours before the delivery window so you can pick a 4-hour slot.
Does Francis Retail ship open box to Atlanta, GA?
Yes. Atlanta is on our Warp freight lane. We ship open-box sofas, open-box beds, and open-box appliances from our Santa Fe Springs, California warehouse to the Atlanta metro at flat-rate freight. The lane covers Atlanta proper and nearby areas including Marietta, Decatur, Sandy Springs.
Which GA zip codes qualify for flat-rate open box freight on the Atlanta lane?
The Atlanta catchment covers residential GA zips within the Atlanta metro commuter radius, including Marietta, Decatur, Sandy Springs and surrounding areas. Enter your actual delivery zip at checkout and the system confirms flat-rate eligibility for your open box order. Fringe zips may quote a standard LTL rate instead of flat rate.
Are the open box items shipped to Atlanta new, open-box, or used?
Every open box listing shows its condition: New (sealed, unopened), Open Box (returned or display, inspected and graded), or As-Is (visible wear, sold at deeper discount). Condition is disclosed on the product page before you add to cart — no bait-and-switch when the pallet arrives at your Atlanta door.
What should Atlanta buyers know before ordering open box freight?
Three things: (1) measure your doorways, stairs, and access route — open box ships palletized, not flat-packed, and confirming fit and access is the buyer's responsibility; (2) be home for the delivery window (4 hours, scheduled 24-48 hours out); and (3) inspect every piece before signing the BOL, write any damage on it, photograph everything, and keep the packaging. That last one is the single biggest difference between a smooth Atlanta delivery and a slow damage claim.
