Typical transit is 3-8 business days after pickup from our warehouse, plus 1-2 days handling to prep the pallet. The 2,015 miles lane runs direct — no transfers through a central hub. The carrier calls you 24-48 hours before the delivery window so you can pick a 4-hour slot.

Our outdoor inventory is sourced from Costco, Amazon, and Signature Hardware overstock plus truckload liquidations from other major retailers. For Chicago orders specifically, you'll see the same brand-name outdoor sofas, Adirondack chairs, and outdoor dining sets that retail stores carry — at 40-80% off their retail prices — because our sourcing isn't tied to a local IL distribution network.

Manufacturer warranties usually do NOT transfer on liquidation outdoor — check each product page for your specific unit. Where a warranty does survive, claims on Chicago orders go to the manufacturer directly with your purchase record; we can also help if you get stuck. Undisclosed damage or defects are covered separately by our 48-hour reporting window.

Extreme weather in Illinois — winter storms, summer heat, hurricane season along the Gulf — can add 1-3 days to the 2,015 miles transit. Warp routes around closures when possible. The outdoor itself ships palletized and shrink-wrapped; climate-sensitive items (mattresses, electronics) stay in sealed packaging until delivery.

Enter your actual delivery zip at checkout and the system confirms flat-rate eligibility for your outdoor order. Fringe zips may quote a standard LTL rate instead of flat rate.

Authorized 7-day change-of-mind returns on eligible Brand New and Open Box outdoor: customer pays return freight plus a 15-30% restocking fee. Damage claims are separate — email photos within 48 hours of Chicago delivery and we resolve it at no cost to you (parts, repair, replacement, partial credit, or return with refund, at our election).
