How does your reservation deposit system work for open box?
Our reservation system lets you put down a small deposit (typically 10-20%) to hold open box for 24 hours. Calimesa customers use it to lock a piece while they arrange transport or finalize a decision. The deposit is applied in full toward the purchase price when you complete the order; if you cancel, it's refunded less our actual, documented costs — or, at your option, issued in full as store credit.
Do you deliver open box throughout Riverside County?
Yes, we cover Riverside County broadly. Calimesa is one of many Riverside County cities inside our 50-mile radius, and our delivery crew knows the area well. Whether you're near the Calimesa city line or in a Riverside County unincorporated pocket, we can route open box to your door.
What do the condition grades mean for open box?
We grade on a clear scale: Brand New, New – Damaged Box, In Box Like New, Open Box (New / Like New / Good / Fair), Refurbished, Used, and As-Is / For Parts. Are your kitchen appliances tested before sale?
Open-box and graded appliances are bench-tested at our warehouse before they go on the floor. Sealed Brand-New appliances aren't tested — we can't re-seal them. If you're buying open-box, the unit has been plugged in, run through its functions, and confirmed working. Calimesa customers picking up in person can test again at the warehouse before leaving.
Do you also deliver open box to areas near Calimesa?
