Washington Office Freight — Flat-Rate from LA

Three things: (1) measure your doorways, stairs, and access route — office ships palletized, not flat-packed, and confirming fit and access is the buyer's responsibility; (2) be home for the delivery window (4 hours, scheduled 24-48 hours out); and (3) inspect every piece before signing the BOL, write any damage on it, photograph everything, and keep the packaging. That last one is the single biggest difference between a smooth Washington delivery and a slow damage claim.

We do not currently collect District of Columbia sales tax on office orders shipped to Washington. District of Columbia use tax may apply under state law — check with a DC tax professional if you have questions about your obligations as a buyer. Stripe Tax recalculates at final checkout if our nexus status has changed.

Yes — multiple items to the same Washington address ship on combined pallets as long as the total stays within Warp's 850-lb, 50×50×85 flat-rate ceiling. If your cart exceeds that, checkout shows a multi-pallet freight quote (still flat-rate per pallet) instead of surprise fees at delivery.

Authorized 7-day change-of-mind returns on eligible Brand New and Open Box office: customer pays return freight plus a 15-30% restocking fee. Damage claims are separate — email photos within 48 hours of Washington delivery and we resolve it at no cost to you (parts, repair, replacement, partial credit, or return with refund, at our election). Items marked "As-Is / For Parts" are final sale and disclosed as such on the product page.

Standard Warp LTL coverage protects office up to a carrier liability limit (typically $0.10/lb for used freight class). For high-value Washington orders we offer optional declared-value coverage at checkout — it increases the declared value of the shipment with the carrier and funds our recovery if the pallet is damaged or lost. Either way, your remedy for damage on arrival is our damage-resolution process at no cost to you — it doesn't depend on the coverage outcome.
