Why does costco deals cost so much in Washington? Because local retail in a metro of 6.4M people (median household income near $102K) can charge what it charges. Francis Retail sells liquidation inventory from our own warehouse and ships it to your DC address on a flat-rate freight lane built for Costco sectionals and Costco patio sets.
The physical reality of shipping costco deals is where freight quotes get complicated: weight, dimensions, and distance all move the price. Our lane to Washington is flat rate under Warp's 850-lb, 50×50×85-inch pallet ceiling, which covers the vast majority of Costco sectionals and Costco patio sets we sell. Anything that busts the ceiling gets a custom freight quote at checkout — you'll never see a "starting at" price turn into something else after you've already decided to buy.
Curbside delivery with liftgate is included on every costco deals order to Washington. Driver calls 24-48 hours ahead to book a 4-hour window. Two-man inside delivery (white-glove) to the room of your choice is a flat $300 checkout add-on.

How costco deals freight delivery works
Curbside + liftgate
Standard freight is curbside with liftgate: the driver lowers the pallet to your driveway or curb. Moving it inside is up to you unless you add inside delivery.
Two-man inside delivery (white-glove)
A 2-person crew brings your items inside your home, to the room of your choice — not just the curb. One flat $300 per order. Assembly isn't included.
Costco Deals shipping to Washington — FAQ
Are the costco deals items shipped to Washington new, open-box, or used?
Every costco deals listing shows its condition: New (sealed, unopened), Open Box (returned or display, inspected and graded), or As-Is (visible wear, sold at deeper discount). Condition is disclosed on the product page before you add to cart — no bait-and-switch when the pallet arrives at your Washington door.
Can I confirm the costco deals freight rate to Washington before placing an order?
Yes. The rate on this page is the current flat-rate quote for a representative costco deals pallet to the Washington catchment. If your item is oversized or your zip is at the edge of the lane, call (562) 568-8883 or email [email protected] and we'll confirm the exact rate and transit for your specific SKU and DC zip before you check out.
Which DC zip codes qualify for flat-rate costco deals freight on the Washington lane?
The Washington catchment covers residential DC zips within the Washington metro commuter radius, including Arlington, Alexandria, Bethesda and surrounding areas. Enter your actual delivery zip at checkout and the system confirms flat-rate eligibility for your costco deals order. Fringe zips may quote a standard LTL rate instead of flat rate.
Is costco deals freight insured in transit to Washington?
Standard Warp LTL coverage protects costco deals up to a carrier liability limit (typically $0.10/lb for used freight class). For high-value Washington orders we offer optional declared-value coverage at checkout — it increases the declared value of the shipment with the carrier and funds our recovery if the pallet is damaged or lost. Either way, your remedy for damage on arrival is our damage-resolution process at no cost to you — it doesn't depend on the coverage outcome.
Why is your costco deals cheaper than Amazon for Washington delivery?
Our costco deals is often literally Amazon's inventory — overstock and returned-pallet liquidation from the same warehouses that stock Amazon. We skip Amazon's retail markup and the fulfillment fees baked into their price, then ship from Santa Fe Springs to Washington. Same product, same condition grade, typically 40-80% less even after 2,670 miles of freight.
How long does it take to assemble costco deals after it arrives in Washington?
Varies by item — boxed Costco sectionals typically take 30-90 minutes with basic tools, larger pieces 2-4 hours. Freight delivery doesn't include assembly; the two-man inside delivery add-on ($300) gets it to the room of your choice in Washington, ready for you or a local handyman to assemble.
