If you're shopping for warehouse in Seattle, Washington, Francis Retail runs a flat-rate freight lane from our Santa Fe Springs warehouse to the Seattle metro. We stock warehouse sofas, warehouse beds, and warehouse patio sets from Costco, Amazon, and Signature Hardware at 40-80% off retail — and ship them 1,135 miles to your WA address by Warp LTL freight, with no markup added to the freight price.
The physical reality of shipping warehouse is where freight quotes get complicated: weight, dimensions, and distance all move the price. Our lane to Seattle is flat rate under Warp's 850-lb, 50×50×85-inch pallet ceiling, which covers the vast majority of warehouse sofas and warehouse beds we sell. Anything that busts the ceiling gets a custom freight quote at checkout — you'll never see a "starting at" price turn into something else after you've already decided to buy.
warehouse delivery to Seattle: Warp's carrier schedules a residential window with you before the truck arrives. Liftgate standard, curbside default. If you need it carried inside to the room of your choice, add two-man inside delivery (white-glove) at checkout for a flat $300 — no renegotiating with the driver.

How warehouse freight delivery works
Curbside + liftgate
Standard freight is curbside with liftgate: the driver lowers the pallet to your driveway or curb. Moving it inside is up to you unless you add inside delivery.
Two-man inside delivery (white-glove)
A 2-person crew brings your items inside your home, to the room of your choice — not just the curb. One flat $300 per order. Assembly isn't included.
Warehouse shipping to Seattle — FAQ
Can I inspect warehouse before it ships to Seattle?
Yes — our Santa Fe Springs warehouse is open to the public Mon-Fri 9-5 and Sat 10-4. If you want hands-on eyes on a specific warehouse SKU before it leaves for Seattle, call (562) 568-8883 to arrange a walk-through. For remote buyers we can also send additional photos or a short video of your exact piece.
What brands of warehouse ship to Seattle?
Our warehouse inventory is sourced from Costco, Amazon, and Signature Hardware overstock plus truckload liquidations from other major retailers. For Seattle orders specifically, you'll see the same brand-name warehouse sofas, warehouse beds, and warehouse patio sets that retail stores carry — at 40-80% off their retail prices — because our sourcing isn't tied to a local WA distribution network.
How do I track a warehouse freight shipment headed to Seattle?
Once the pallet leaves our Santa Fe Springs dock, Warp emails a tracking link with PRO number and status updates. You'll see it move from our LA origin to the Seattle delivery terminal. The carrier will also call 24-48 hours before the delivery window to confirm your WA address and scheduling.
Does Francis Retail ship warehouse to Seattle, WA?
Yes. Seattle is on our Warp freight lane. We ship warehouse sofas, warehouse beds, and warehouse patio sets from our Santa Fe Springs, California warehouse to the Seattle metro at flat-rate freight. The lane covers Seattle proper and nearby areas including Bellevue, Tacoma, Kent.
What delivery hours does the Seattle freight carrier operate?
Warp's Seattle carrier partner typically delivers warehouse Monday through Friday during business hours. Saturday delivery may be available for an extra fee — ask at checkout. After the carrier calls to schedule, you'll pick a 4-hour window that works for you at your WA address.
Can I save by bundling multiple warehouse pieces in one Seattle shipment?
Often yes. Because the Seattle lane rate is flat per pallet, adding more warehouse items to the same pallet is effectively free — your per-item shipping cost drops sharply. If you're furnishing a room or the whole home in Seattle, it's usually cheaper to batch orders than to ship one piece at a time.
