Seattle Outdoor Freight — Flat-Rate from LA

Yes — our Santa Fe Springs warehouse is open to the public Mon-Fri 9-5 and Sat 10-4. If you want hands-on eyes on a specific outdoor SKU before it leaves for Seattle, call (562) 568-8883 to arrange a walk-through. For remote buyers we can also send additional photos or a short video of your exact piece.

Pickup from our 1,135 miles-away Santa Fe Springs warehouse, LTL freight transit on Warp's Seattle lane, curbside delivery with liftgate, and carrier scheduling. The one optional add-on — two-man inside delivery (white-glove) for a flat $300 — is a visible line item at checkout, not hidden inside the base rate.

Inspect every piece before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL). Write any visible damage on the BOL before the driver leaves Seattle — that's critical for our carrier claim. Photograph the freight, packaging, and pallet, email photos plus your order number to [email protected] within 48 hours, and keep all packaging until the claim is closed. We resolve verified damage at no cost to you — replacement parts, repair, a replacement unit, partial credit, or a return with refund, at our election.

Every outdoor listing shows its condition: New (sealed, unopened), Open Box (returned or display, inspected and graded), or As-Is (visible wear, sold at deeper discount). Condition is disclosed on the product page before you add to cart — no bait-and-switch when the pallet arrives at your Seattle door.

Multi-pallet outdoor shipments to Seattle still qualify for flat-rate pricing per pallet as long as each stays inside Warp's 50×50×85 / 850-lb ceiling. Checkout totals the per-pallet rates transparently — you see the exact count and breakdown before confirming the order.

Often yes. Because the Seattle lane rate is flat per pallet, adding more outdoor items to the same pallet is effectively free — your per-item shipping cost drops sharply. If you're furnishing a room or the whole home in Seattle, it's usually cheaper to batch orders than to ship one piece at a time.
