Office Shipping to Scranton, PA

Extreme weather in Pennsylvania — winter storms, summer heat, hurricane season along the Gulf — can add 1-3 days to the 2,720 miles transit. Warp routes around closures when possible. The office itself ships palletized and shrink-wrapped; climate-sensitive items (mattresses, electronics) stay in sealed packaging until delivery.

Plan on about 2 weeks from order placement to a scheduled delivery window at your Scranton address: 1-2 business days of warehouse handling, 2,720 miles of LTL freight transit (the current Warp estimate is shown with the rate), plus a carrier-scheduled appointment window. If you need office by a specific date, call us before ordering.

Authorized 7-day change-of-mind returns on eligible Brand New and Open Box office: customer pays return freight plus a 15-30% restocking fee. Damage claims are separate — email photos within 48 hours of Scranton delivery and we resolve it at no cost to you (parts, repair, replacement, partial credit, or return with refund, at our election). Items marked "As-Is / For Parts" are final sale and disclosed as such on the product page.

Manufacturer warranties usually do NOT transfer on liquidation office — check each product page for your specific unit. Where a warranty does survive, claims on Scranton orders go to the manufacturer directly with your purchase record; we can also help if you get stuck. Undisclosed damage or defects are covered separately by our 48-hour reporting window.

Checkout offers one delivery add-on: two-man inside delivery (white-glove) for a flat $300. A 2-person crew brings your office inside your PA home to the room of your choice instead of leaving it at the curb. It doesn't include assembly. Without it, freight to Scranton is curbside with liftgate.

Most office desks and office chairs fit on a single 50×50×85-inch pallet under 850 lb, which is Warp's flat-rate ceiling on the Scranton lane. The crew at our Santa Fe Springs warehouse boxes, wraps, and palletizes each item. If your specific SKU exceeds the ceiling (oversized pieces, multi-box sets), checkout will show a custom quote instead of the flat-rate number — no surprises.
