Yes — businesses, offices, and rental properties in San Diego can receive warehouse freight. Commercial addresses with a loading dock may waive the residential surcharge and speed up transit. Note the commercial address at checkout or in the order notes so the carrier routes appropriately.

Three things: (1) measure your doorways, stairs, and access route — warehouse ships palletized, not flat-packed, and confirming fit and access is the buyer's responsibility; (2) be home for the delivery window (4 hours, scheduled 24-48 hours out); and (3) inspect every piece before signing the BOL, write any damage on it, photograph everything, and keep the packaging. That last one is the single biggest difference between a smooth San Diego delivery and a slow damage claim.

Typical transit is 3-8 business days after pickup from our warehouse, plus 1-2 days handling to prep the pallet. The 120 miles lane runs direct — no transfers through a central hub. The carrier calls you 24-48 hours before the delivery window so you can pick a 4-hour slot.

Our warehouse is often literally Amazon's inventory — overstock and returned-pallet liquidation from the same warehouses that stock Amazon. Authorized 7-day change-of-mind returns on eligible Brand New and Open Box warehouse: customer pays return freight plus a 15-30% restocking fee.
