Extreme weather in California — winter storms, summer heat, hurricane season along the Gulf — can add 1-3 days to the 120 miles transit. Warp routes around closures when possible. The patio itself ships palletized and shrink-wrapped; climate-sensitive items (mattresses, electronics) stay in sealed packaging until delivery.

Our patio is often literally Amazon's inventory — overstock and returned-pallet liquidation from the same warehouses that stock Amazon. We skip Amazon's retail markup and the fulfillment fees baked into their price, then ship direct from Santa Fe Springs to San Diego. Same product, same condition grade, typically 40-80% less even after 120 miles of freight.

Inspect every piece before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL). Write any visible damage on the BOL before the driver leaves San Diego — that's critical for our carrier claim. Photograph the freight, packaging, and pallet, email photos plus your order number to [email protected] within 48 hours, and keep all packaging until the claim is closed. We resolve verified damage at no cost to you — replacement parts, repair, a replacement unit, partial credit, or a return with refund, at our election.

Often yes. Because the San Diego lane rate is flat per pallet, adding more patio items to the same pallet is effectively free — your per-item shipping cost drops sharply. If you're furnishing a room or the whole home in San Diego, it's usually cheaper to batch orders than to ship one piece at a time.

Where a warranty does survive, claims on San Diego orders go to the manufacturer directly with your purchase record; we can also help if you get stuck.
