Why does sectionals cost so much in San Antonio? Because local retail in a metro of 2.6M people (median household income near $55K) can charge what it charges. Francis Retail sells liquidation inventory from our own warehouse and ships it to your TX address on a flat-rate freight lane built for sectional sofas and L-shaped sectionals.
Most sectionals items we ship fit cleanly on a single pallet inside the 1,350 miles lane to San Antonio. That means the rate you see on this page is the rate you'll pay, not an opening bid. If you're furnishing a home in the San Antonio metro — population ~2.6M — run the landed-cost math: we sell sectional sofas and L-shaped sectionals at 40-80% off retail, and the current rate for a standard pallet is shown on this page.
Curbside delivery with liftgate is included on every sectionals order to San Antonio. Driver calls 24-48 hours ahead to book a 4-hour window. Two-man inside delivery (white-glove) to the room of your choice is a flat $300 checkout add-on.

How sectionals freight delivery works
Curbside + liftgate
Standard freight is curbside with liftgate: the driver lowers the pallet to your driveway or curb. Moving it inside is up to you unless you add inside delivery.
Two-man inside delivery (white-glove)
A 2-person crew brings your items inside your home, to the room of your choice — not just the curb. One flat $300 per order. Assembly isn't included.

How much sectionals do you actually stock?

Discount Sectional Sofas turnover is fast — the product grid on this page is a live slice of what's in stock and freight-eligible for San Antonio today. How do I track a sectionals freight shipment headed to San Antonio?
Once the pallet leaves our Santa Fe Springs dock, Warp emails a tracking link with PRO number and status updates. You'll see it move from our LA origin to the San Antonio delivery terminal. The carrier will also call 24-48 hours before the delivery window to confirm your TX address and scheduling.
Do I need to be home for a sectionals delivery in San Antonio?
Yes — residential sectionals freight to San Antonio requires someone 18+ present at the delivery address to sign the Bill of Lading. The carrier will call to schedule a 4-hour window so you're not waiting all day. If no one's home during the confirmed window, the carrier's actual reattempt and storage charges apply before redelivery.
