If you're shopping for pergolas in Phoenix, Arizona, Francis Retail runs a flat-rate freight lane from our Santa Fe Springs warehouse to the Phoenix metro. We stock pergolas, hardtop gazebos, and patio covers from Costco, Amazon, and Signature Hardware at 40-80% off retail — and ship them 370 miles to your AZ address by Warp LTL freight, with no markup added to the freight price.
Dimensions matter more than distance for pergolas. A 370 miles run from Santa Fe Springs to Phoenix is 5 hours of drive time the carrier eats, not you. What kicks a freight quote off a cliff is when the pallet breaks Warp's 50×50×85 envelope or crosses 850 lb. For pergolas and hardtop gazebos, that's rare — we design our pallets around the flat-rate ceiling. The handful of SKUs that don't fit (oversized sectionals, long pergola beams, full home-gym sets) get a transparent custom quote instead of a surprise-at-delivery rate.
Curbside delivery with liftgate is included on every pergolas order to Phoenix. Driver calls 24-48 hours ahead to book a 4-hour window. Two-man inside delivery (white-glove) to the room of your choice is a flat $300 checkout add-on.

How pergolas freight delivery works
Curbside + liftgate
Standard freight is curbside with liftgate: the driver lowers the pallet to your driveway or curb. Moving it inside is up to you unless you add inside delivery.
Two-man inside delivery (white-glove)
A 2-person crew brings your items inside your home, to the room of your choice — not just the curb. One flat $300 per order. Assembly isn't included.
Pergolas shipping to Phoenix — FAQ
How do I track a pergolas freight shipment headed to Phoenix?
Once the pallet leaves our Santa Fe Springs dock, Warp emails a tracking link with PRO number and status updates. You'll see it move from our LA origin to the Phoenix delivery terminal. The carrier will also call 24-48 hours before the delivery window to confirm your AZ address and scheduling.
How does pergolas ship on freight to Phoenix?
Most pergolas and hardtop gazebos fit on a single 50×50×85-inch pallet under 850 lb, which is Warp's flat-rate ceiling on the Phoenix lane. The crew at our Santa Fe Springs warehouse boxes, wraps, and palletizes each item. If your specific SKU exceeds the ceiling (oversized pieces, multi-box sets), checkout will show a custom quote instead of the flat-rate number — no surprises.
What payment methods do you accept for Phoenix pergolas orders?
Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, Amazon Pay, Link, and financing via Afterpay, Klarna, and Affirm. All handled through Stripe at checkout. Arizona buyers see the same payment options as CA buyers on pergolas orders.
Does Francis Retail ship pergolas to Phoenix, AZ?
Yes. Phoenix is on our Warp freight lane. We ship pergolas, hardtop gazebos, and patio covers from our Santa Fe Springs, California warehouse to the Phoenix metro at flat-rate freight. The lane covers Phoenix proper and nearby areas including Mesa, Chandler, Glendale.
How long does it take to assemble pergolas after it arrives in Phoenix?
Varies by item — boxed pergolas typically take 30-90 minutes with basic tools, larger pieces 2-4 hours. Freight delivery doesn't include assembly; the two-man inside delivery add-on ($300) gets it to the room of your choice in Phoenix, ready for you or a local handyman to assemble.
Can I pick up pergolas at a Phoenix freight terminal instead of having it delivered?
On several Phoenix lanes, the carrier supports terminal pickup, which saves the residential delivery surcharge. Email [email protected] or call (562) 568-8883 before placing the order and we'll confirm whether your specific pergolas item supports Phoenix-terminal pickup and what the savings would be.
