If you're shopping for overstock in Phoenix, Arizona, Francis Retail runs a flat-rate freight lane from our Santa Fe Springs warehouse to the Phoenix metro. We stock overstock sofas, overstock beds, and overstock patio sets from Costco, Amazon, and Signature Hardware at 40-80% off retail — and ship them 370 miles to your AZ address by Warp LTL freight, with no markup added to the freight price.
Arizona tax handling on overstock orders: unless we've crossed a nexus threshold in AZ, Francis Retail doesn't collect state sales tax at checkout — Arizona use tax may apply per state law. The practical upshot: a piece of overstock that lists locally in Phoenix with tax baked in often costs materially less when you order from us and pay flat-rate freight, even after freight is added. We do the math on the landed-cost table below so you can see exactly what a specific SKU costs delivered to your AZ door.

How overstock freight delivery works
Curbside + liftgate
Standard freight is curbside with liftgate: the driver lowers the pallet to your driveway or curb. Moving it inside is up to you unless you add inside delivery.
Two-man inside delivery (white-glove)
A 2-person crew brings your items inside your home, to the room of your choice — not just the curb. One flat $300 per order. Assembly isn't included.
Overstock shipping to Phoenix — FAQ
Is overstock freight insured in transit to Phoenix?
Standard Warp LTL coverage protects overstock up to a carrier liability limit (typically $0.10/lb for used freight class). For high-value Phoenix orders we offer optional declared-value coverage at checkout — it increases the declared value of the shipment with the carrier and funds our recovery if the pallet is damaged or lost. Either way, your remedy for damage on arrival is our damage-resolution process at no cost to you — it doesn't depend on the coverage outcome.
Do you deliver overstock to cities near Phoenix like Mesa and Chandler?
Yes — our Phoenix freight lane covers the broader metro, including Mesa, Chandler, Glendale, Scottsdale. The flat-rate pricing on this page applies across the catchment area. Enter your actual AZ delivery zip at checkout and the system will confirm lane eligibility and final rate for your overstock order.
Why is your overstock cheaper than Amazon for Phoenix delivery?
Our overstock is often literally Amazon's inventory — overstock and returned-pallet liquidation from the same warehouses that stock Amazon. We skip Amazon's retail markup and the fulfillment fees baked into their price, then ship from Santa Fe Springs to Phoenix. Same product, same condition grade, typically 40-80% less even after 370 miles of freight.
Do you ship overstock to commercial addresses in Phoenix?
Yes — businesses, offices, and rental properties in Phoenix can receive overstock freight. Commercial addresses with a loading dock may waive the residential surcharge and speed up transit. Note the commercial address at checkout or in the order notes so the carrier routes appropriately.
Is shipping overstock from LA to Phoenix really cheaper than buying locally?
On most SKUs, yes. Our overstock is priced 40-80% below retail because it's liquidation inventory, not fresh retail stock. Even after adding flat-rate freight on the 370 miles Phoenix lane, the landed cost usually beats what the same piece sells for at Phoenix retail (where 5M residents pay full markup). The landed-cost table on this page shows the exact math.
How do I track a overstock freight shipment headed to Phoenix?
Once the pallet leaves our Santa Fe Springs dock, Warp emails a tracking link with PRO number and status updates. You'll see it move from our LA origin to the Phoenix delivery terminal. The carrier will also call 24-48 hours before the delivery window to confirm your AZ address and scheduling.
