Discount Patio Furniture delivered to Memphis, TN — that's the short version. Francis Retail sources patio dining sets, outdoor sofas, and patio chairs from major retailers clearing inventory, warehouses it in Santa Fe Springs, and ships it 1,820 miles to the Tennessee metro on a Warp freight lane. The freight price you see before you pay includes fuel — no separate fuel surcharge.
The physical reality of shipping patio is where freight quotes get complicated: weight, dimensions, and distance all move the price. Our lane to Memphis is flat rate under Warp's 850-lb, 50×50×85-inch pallet ceiling, which covers the vast majority of patio dining sets and outdoor sofas we sell. Anything that busts the ceiling gets a custom freight quote at checkout — you'll never see a "starting at" price turn into something else after you've already decided to buy.
For patio bound for Memphis, TN, expect a scheduling call from the freight carrier 1-2 business days before delivery so you can pick a 4-hour window. Curbside is the default. Add two-man inside delivery (white-glove, flat $300) at checkout if the item is heavy, bulky, or going upstairs.

How patio freight delivery works
Curbside + liftgate
Standard freight is curbside with liftgate: the driver lowers the pallet to your driveway or curb. Moving it inside is up to you unless you add inside delivery.
Two-man inside delivery (white-glove)
A 2-person crew brings your items inside your home, to the room of your choice — not just the curb. One flat $300 per order. Assembly isn't included.
Patio shipping to Memphis — FAQ
Do you charge Tennessee sales tax on patio orders shipped to Memphis?
We do not currently collect Tennessee sales tax on patio orders shipped to Memphis. Tennessee use tax may apply under state law — check with a TN tax professional if you have questions about your obligations as a buyer. Stripe Tax recalculates at final checkout if our nexus status has changed.
Is shipping patio from LA to Memphis really cheaper than buying locally?
On most SKUs, yes. Our patio is priced 40-80% below retail because it's liquidation inventory, not fresh retail stock. Even after adding flat-rate freight on the 1,820 miles Memphis lane, the landed cost usually beats what the same piece sells for at Memphis retail (where 1.3M residents pay full markup). The landed-cost table on this page shows the exact math.
What does inside (white-glove) delivery cost on Memphis patio shipments?
Checkout offers one delivery add-on: two-man inside delivery (white-glove) for a flat $300. A 2-person crew brings your patio inside your TN home to the room of your choice instead of leaving it at the curb. It doesn't include assembly. Without it, freight to Memphis is curbside with liftgate.
What's the return policy on patio shipped to Memphis?
Authorized 7-day change-of-mind returns on eligible Brand New and Open Box patio: customer pays return freight plus a 15-30% restocking fee. Damage claims are separate — email photos within 48 hours of Memphis delivery and we resolve it at no cost to you (parts, repair, replacement, partial credit, or return with refund, at our election). Items marked "As-Is / For Parts" are final sale and disclosed as such on the product page.
How does patio ship on freight to Memphis?
Most patio dining sets and outdoor sofas fit on a single 50×50×85-inch pallet under 850 lb, which is Warp's flat-rate ceiling on the Memphis lane. The crew at our Santa Fe Springs warehouse boxes, wraps, and palletizes each item. If your specific SKU exceeds the ceiling (oversized pieces, multi-box sets), checkout will show a custom quote instead of the flat-rate number — no surprises.
