Furniture Warehouse Deals delivered to Louisville, KY — that's the short version. Francis Retail sources warehouse sofas, warehouse beds, and warehouse patio sets from major retailers clearing inventory, warehouses it in Santa Fe Springs, and ships it 2,105 miles to the Kentucky metro on a Warp freight lane. The freight price you see before you pay includes fuel — no separate fuel surcharge.
The physical reality of shipping warehouse is where freight quotes get complicated: weight, dimensions, and distance all move the price. Our lane to Louisville is flat rate under Warp's 850-lb, 50×50×85-inch pallet ceiling, which covers the vast majority of warehouse sofas and warehouse beds we sell. Anything that busts the ceiling gets a custom freight quote at checkout — you'll never see a "starting at" price turn into something else after you've already decided to buy.
For warehouse bound for Louisville, KY, expect a scheduling call from the freight carrier 1-2 business days before delivery so you can pick a 4-hour window. Curbside is the default. Add two-man inside delivery (white-glove, flat $300) at checkout if the item is heavy, bulky, or going upstairs.

How warehouse freight delivery works
Curbside + liftgate
Standard freight is curbside with liftgate: the driver lowers the pallet to your driveway or curb. Moving it inside is up to you unless you add inside delivery.
Two-man inside delivery (white-glove)
A 2-person crew brings your items inside your home, to the room of your choice — not just the curb. One flat $300 per order. Assembly isn't included.
Warehouse shipping to Louisville — FAQ
Are the warehouse items shipped to Louisville new, open-box, or used?
Every warehouse listing shows its condition: New (sealed, unopened), Open Box (returned or display, inspected and graded), or As-Is (visible wear, sold at deeper discount). Condition is disclosed on the product page before you add to cart — no bait-and-switch when the pallet arrives at your Louisville door.
Do I need to be home for a warehouse delivery in Louisville?
Yes — residential warehouse freight to Louisville requires someone 18+ present at the delivery address to sign the Bill of Lading. The carrier will call to schedule a 4-hour window so you're not waiting all day. If no one's home during the confirmed window, the carrier's actual reattempt and storage charges apply before redelivery.
What delivery hours does the Louisville freight carrier operate?
Warp's Louisville carrier partner typically delivers warehouse Monday through Friday during business hours. Saturday delivery may be available for an extra fee — ask at checkout. After the carrier calls to schedule, you'll pick a 4-hour window that works for you at your KY address.
Can I finance warehouse orders shipped to Louisville?
Yes. Afterpay, Klarna, and Affirm are available at checkout on most warehouse orders, including freight shipments to Louisville. Financing applies to the full landed cost (product + freight + any applicable Kentucky tax), not just the product subtotal.
Can I save by bundling multiple warehouse pieces in one Louisville shipment?
Often yes. Because the Louisville lane rate is flat per pallet, adding more warehouse items to the same pallet is effectively free — your per-item shipping cost drops sharply. If you're furnishing a room or the whole home in Louisville, it's usually cheaper to batch orders than to ship one piece at a time.
Do you deliver warehouse to cities near Louisville like Jeffersontown and St. Matthews?
Yes — our Louisville freight lane covers the broader metro, including Jeffersontown, St. Matthews, New Albany, Jeffersonville. The flat-rate pricing on this page applies across the catchment area. Enter your actual KY delivery zip at checkout and the system will confirm lane eligibility and final rate for your warehouse order.
