Typical transit is 3-8 business days after pickup from our warehouse, plus 1-2 days handling to prep the pallet. Expect a scheduling call from the carrier 24-48 hours before delivery so you can pick a 4-hour window. The 270 miles lane runs direct — no transfers through a central hub.

Inspect every piece before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL). If you see any visible damage, write it on the BOL before the driver leaves — that's critical for our claim against the carrier. Photograph the freight, packaging, and pallet, email photos + your order number to [email protected] within 48 hours, and keep all packaging until the claim is closed. We resolve verified damage at no cost to you — replacement parts, repair, a replacement unit, partial credit, or a return with refund, at our election.
