Pergolas & Patio Covers delivered to Laredo, TX — that's the short version. Francis Retail sources pergolas, hardtop gazebos, and patio covers from major retailers clearing inventory, warehouses it in Santa Fe Springs, and ships it 1,575 miles to the Texas metro on a Warp freight lane. The freight price you see before you pay includes fuel — no separate fuel surcharge.
The physical reality of shipping pergolas is where freight quotes get complicated: weight, dimensions, and distance all move the price. Our lane to Laredo is flat rate under Warp's 850-lb, 50×50×85-inch pallet ceiling, which covers the vast majority of pergolas and hardtop gazebos we sell. Anything that busts the ceiling gets a custom freight quote at checkout — you'll never see a "starting at" price turn into something else after you've already decided to buy.
Every pergolas shipment to Laredo includes liftgate — the driver lowers the pallet to ground level on a hydraulic gate so you don't need a dock. For a flat $300, two-man inside delivery (white-glove) brings it to the room of your choice — a visible add-on at checkout.

How pergolas freight delivery works
Curbside + liftgate
Standard freight is curbside with liftgate: the driver lowers the pallet to your driveway or curb. Moving it inside is up to you unless you add inside delivery.
Two-man inside delivery (white-glove)
A 2-person crew brings your items inside your home, to the room of your choice — not just the curb. One flat $300 per order. Assembly isn't included.
Pergolas shipping to Laredo — FAQ
How long does it take to assemble pergolas after it arrives in Laredo?
Varies by item — boxed pergolas typically take 30-90 minutes with basic tools, larger pieces 2-4 hours. Freight delivery doesn't include assembly; the two-man inside delivery add-on ($300) gets it to the room of your choice in Laredo, ready for you or a local handyman to assemble.
Can I inspect pergolas before it ships to Laredo?
Yes — our Santa Fe Springs warehouse is open to the public Mon-Fri 9-5 and Sat 10-4. If you want hands-on eyes on a specific pergolas SKU before it leaves for Laredo, call (562) 568-8883 to arrange a walk-through. For remote buyers we can also send additional photos or a short video of your exact piece.
Can I combine pergolas with other items in one shipment to Laredo?
Yes — multiple items to the same Laredo address ship on combined pallets as long as the total stays within Warp's 850-lb, 50×50×85 flat-rate ceiling. If your cart exceeds that, checkout shows a multi-pallet freight quote (still flat-rate per pallet) instead of surprise fees at delivery.
Do I need to be home for a pergolas delivery in Laredo?
Yes — residential pergolas freight to Laredo requires someone 18+ present at the delivery address to sign the Bill of Lading. The carrier will call to schedule a 4-hour window so you're not waiting all day. If no one's home during the confirmed window, the carrier's actual reattempt and storage charges apply before redelivery.
How does pergolas ship on freight to Laredo?
Most pergolas and hardtop gazebos fit on a single 50×50×85-inch pallet under 850 lb, which is Warp's flat-rate ceiling on the Laredo lane. The crew at our Santa Fe Springs warehouse boxes, wraps, and palletizes each item. If your specific SKU exceeds the ceiling (oversized pieces, multi-box sets), checkout will show a custom quote instead of the flat-rate number — no surprises.
What happens if pergolas arrives damaged in Laredo?
Inspect every piece before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL). Write any visible damage on the BOL before the driver leaves Laredo — that's critical for our carrier claim. Photograph the freight, packaging, and pallet, email photos plus your order number to [email protected] within 48 hours, and keep all packaging until the claim is closed. We resolve verified damage at no cost to you — replacement parts, repair, a replacement unit, partial credit, or a return with refund, at our election.
