If you're shopping for outdoor in Knoxville, Tennessee, Francis Retail runs a flat-rate freight lane from our Santa Fe Springs warehouse to the Knoxville metro. We stock outdoor sofas, Adirondack chairs, and outdoor dining sets from Costco, Amazon, and Signature Hardware at 40-80% off retail — and ship them 2,135 miles to your TN address by Warp LTL freight, with no markup added to the freight price.
Tennessee tax handling on outdoor orders: unless we've crossed a nexus threshold in TN, Francis Retail doesn't collect state sales tax at checkout — Tennessee use tax may apply per state law. The practical upshot: a piece of outdoor that lists locally in Knoxville with tax baked in often costs materially less when you order from us and pay flat-rate freight, even after freight is added. We do the math on the landed-cost table below so you can see exactly what a specific SKU costs delivered to your TN door.
Curbside delivery with liftgate is included on every outdoor order to Knoxville. Driver calls 24-48 hours ahead to book a 4-hour window. Two-man inside delivery (white-glove) to the room of your choice is a flat $300 checkout add-on.

How outdoor freight delivery works
Curbside + liftgate
Standard freight is curbside with liftgate: the driver lowers the pallet to your driveway or curb. Moving it inside is up to you unless you add inside delivery.
Two-man inside delivery (white-glove)
A 2-person crew brings your items inside your home, to the room of your choice — not just the curb. One flat $300 per order. Assembly isn't included.
Outdoor shipping to Knoxville — FAQ
Can I confirm the outdoor freight rate to Knoxville before placing an order?
Yes. The rate on this page is the current flat-rate quote for a representative outdoor pallet to the Knoxville catchment. If your item is oversized or your zip is at the edge of the lane, call (562) 568-8883 or email [email protected] and we'll confirm the exact rate and transit for your specific SKU and TN zip before you check out.
Do outdoor items shipped to Knoxville come with a manufacturer warranty?
Manufacturer warranties usually do NOT transfer on liquidation outdoor — check each product page for your specific unit. Where a warranty does survive, claims on Knoxville orders go to the manufacturer directly with your purchase record; we can also help if you get stuck. Undisclosed damage or defects are covered separately by our 48-hour reporting window.
Why is your outdoor cheaper than Amazon for Knoxville delivery?
Our outdoor is often literally Amazon's inventory — overstock and returned-pallet liquidation from the same warehouses that stock Amazon. We skip Amazon's retail markup and the fulfillment fees baked into their price, then ship from Santa Fe Springs to Knoxville. Same product, same condition grade, typically 40-80% less even after 2,135 miles of freight.
Are the outdoor items shipped to Knoxville new, open-box, or used?
Every outdoor listing shows its condition: New (sealed, unopened), Open Box (returned or display, inspected and graded), or As-Is (visible wear, sold at deeper discount). Condition is disclosed on the product page before you add to cart — no bait-and-switch when the pallet arrives at your Knoxville door.
Can I pick up outdoor at a Knoxville freight terminal instead of having it delivered?
On several Knoxville lanes, the carrier supports terminal pickup, which saves the residential delivery surcharge. Email [email protected] or call (562) 568-8883 before placing the order and we'll confirm whether your specific outdoor item supports Knoxville-terminal pickup and what the savings would be.
What if my outdoor item is too large for flat-rate freight to Knoxville?
Oversized outdoor — longer than 85 inches in any dimension, heavier than 850 lb, or multi-pallet — gets a custom Warp quote instead of the flat rate. The product page flags this and the checkout flow shows the actual rate for your specific Knoxville zip before you pay — oversized pieces are priced before payment, not surprise-billed later.
