Authorized 7-day change-of-mind returns on eligible Brand New and Open Box recliners: customer pays return freight plus a 15-30% restocking fee. Damage claims are separate — email photos within 48 hours of Houston delivery and we resolve it at no cost to you (parts, repair, replacement, partial credit, or return with refund, at our election). Items marked "As-Is / For Parts" are final sale and disclosed as such on the product page.

Manufacturer warranties usually do NOT transfer on liquidation recliners — check each product page for your specific unit. Where a warranty does survive, claims on Houston orders go to the manufacturer directly with your purchase record; we can also help if you get stuck. Undisclosed damage or defects are covered separately by our 48-hour reporting window.

Yes. Houston is on our Warp freight lane. We ship recliners, power recliners, and accent chairs from our Santa Fe Springs, California warehouse to the Houston metro at flat-rate freight. The lane covers Houston proper and nearby areas including Sugar Land, Pearland, The Woodlands.

Once the pallet leaves our Santa Fe Springs dock, Warp emails a tracking link with PRO number and status updates. You'll see it move from our LA origin to the Houston delivery terminal. The carrier will also call 24-48 hours before the delivery window to confirm your TX address and scheduling.

Yes — our Houston freight lane covers the broader metro, including Sugar Land, Pearland, The Woodlands, Katy. The flat-rate pricing on this page applies across the catchment area. Enter your actual TX delivery zip at checkout and the system will confirm lane eligibility and final rate for your recliners order.

Three things: (1) measure your doorways, stairs, and access route — recliners ships palletized, not flat-packed, and confirming fit and access is the buyer's responsibility; (2) be home for the delivery window (4 hours, scheduled 24-48 hours out); and (3) inspect every piece before signing the BOL, write any damage on it, photograph everything, and keep the packaging. That last one is the single biggest difference between a smooth Houston delivery and a slow damage claim.
