Harrisburg Warehouse Freight — Flat-Rate from LA

Yes. Afterpay, Klarna, and Affirm are available at checkout on most warehouse orders, including freight shipments to Harrisburg. Financing applies to the full landed cost (product + freight + any applicable Pennsylvania tax), not just the product subtotal.

Multi-pallet warehouse shipments to Harrisburg still qualify for flat-rate pricing per pallet as long as each stays inside Warp's 50×50×85 / 850-lb ceiling. Checkout totals the per-pallet rates transparently — you see the exact count and breakdown before confirming the order.

Warp's current transit estimate for the 2,640 miles Harrisburg lane is 6 business days after pickup from our warehouse, plus 1-2 days handling to prep the pallet. The carrier calls you 24-48 hours before the delivery window so you can pick a 4-hour slot.

Inspect every piece before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL). Write any visible damage on the BOL before the driver leaves Harrisburg — that's critical for our carrier claim. Photograph the freight, packaging, and pallet, email photos plus your order number to [email protected] within 48 hours, and keep all packaging until the claim is closed. We resolve verified damage at no cost to you — replacement parts, repair, a replacement unit, partial credit, or a return with refund, at our election.

Oversized warehouse — longer than 85 inches in any dimension, heavier than 850 lb, or multi-pallet — gets a custom Warp quote instead of the flat rate. The product page flags this and the checkout flow shows the actual rate for your specific Harrisburg zip before you pay — oversized pieces are priced before payment, not surprise-billed later.

Most warehouse sofas and warehouse beds fit on a single 50×50×85-inch pallet under 850 lb, which is Warp's flat-rate ceiling on the Harrisburg lane. The crew at our Santa Fe Springs warehouse boxes, wraps, and palletizes each item. If your specific SKU exceeds the ceiling (oversized pieces, multi-box sets), checkout will show a custom quote instead of the flat-rate number — no surprises.
