Greensboro shoppers don't have to settle for local overstock prices. Francis Retail liquidates overstock overstock sofas and overstock beds by the truckload and ships it from Los Angeles to Greensboro, NC at predictable flat-rate freight — same pieces the big-box stores sell, delivered to your door after LTL transit (the current estimate is shown with the rate).
The physical reality of shipping overstock is where freight quotes get complicated: weight, dimensions, and distance all move the price. Our lane to Greensboro is flat rate under Warp's 850-lb, 50×50×85-inch pallet ceiling, which covers the vast majority of overstock sofas and overstock beds we sell. Anything that busts the ceiling gets a custom freight quote at checkout — you'll never see a "starting at" price turn into something else after you've already decided to buy.
Curbside delivery with liftgate is included on every overstock order to Greensboro. Driver calls 24-48 hours ahead to book a 4-hour window. Two-man inside delivery (white-glove) to the room of your choice is a flat $300 checkout add-on.

How overstock freight delivery works
Curbside + liftgate
Standard freight is curbside with liftgate: the driver lowers the pallet to your driveway or curb. Moving it inside is up to you unless you add inside delivery.
Two-man inside delivery (white-glove)
A 2-person crew brings your items inside your home, to the room of your choice — not just the curb. One flat $300 per order. Assembly isn't included.
Overstock shipping to Greensboro — FAQ
What happens if overstock arrives damaged in Greensboro?
Inspect every piece before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL). Write any visible damage on the BOL before the driver leaves Greensboro — that's critical for our carrier claim. Photograph the freight, packaging, and pallet, email photos plus your order number to [email protected] within 48 hours, and keep all packaging until the claim is closed. We resolve verified damage at no cost to you — replacement parts, repair, a replacement unit, partial credit, or a return with refund, at our election.
How long does it take to assemble overstock after it arrives in Greensboro?
Varies by item — boxed overstock sofas typically take 30-90 minutes with basic tools, larger pieces 2-4 hours. Freight delivery doesn't include assembly; the two-man inside delivery add-on ($300) gets it to the room of your choice in Greensboro, ready for you or a local handyman to assemble.
What's included in the overstock freight rate to Greensboro?
Pickup from our 2,420 miles-away Santa Fe Springs warehouse, LTL freight transit on Warp's Greensboro lane, curbside delivery with liftgate, and carrier scheduling. The one optional add-on — two-man inside delivery (white-glove) for a flat $300 — is a visible line item at checkout, not hidden inside the base rate.
What payment methods do you accept for Greensboro overstock orders?
Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, Amazon Pay, Link, and financing via Afterpay, Klarna, and Affirm. All handled through Stripe at checkout. North Carolina buyers see the same payment options as CA buyers on overstock orders.
Is shipping overstock from LA to Greensboro really cheaper than buying locally?
On most SKUs, yes. Our overstock is priced 40-80% below retail because it's liquidation inventory, not fresh retail stock. Even after adding flat-rate freight on the 2,420 miles Greensboro lane, the landed cost usually beats what the same piece sells for at Greensboro retail (where 779K residents pay full markup). The landed-cost table on this page shows the exact math.
How long does it take to ship overstock from Los Angeles to Greensboro?
Warp's current transit estimate for the 2,420 miles Greensboro lane is 5 business days after pickup from our warehouse, plus 1-2 days handling to prep the pallet. The carrier calls you 24-48 hours before the delivery window so you can pick a 4-hour slot.
