Columbus Warehouse Freight — Flat-Rate from LA

Most warehouse sofas and warehouse beds fit on a single 50×50×85-inch pallet under 850 lb, which is Warp's flat-rate ceiling on the Columbus lane. The crew at our Santa Fe Springs warehouse boxes, wraps, and palletizes each item. If your specific SKU exceeds the ceiling (oversized pieces, multi-box sets), checkout will show a custom quote instead of the flat-rate number — no surprises.

Yes — our Santa Fe Springs warehouse is open to the public Mon-Fri 9-5 and Sat 10-4. If you want hands-on eyes on a specific warehouse SKU before it leaves for Columbus, call (562) 568-8883 to arrange a walk-through. For remote buyers we can also send additional photos or a short video of your exact piece.

The Columbus catchment covers residential OH zips within the Columbus metro commuter radius, including Dublin, Westerville, Upper Arlington and surrounding areas. Enter your actual delivery zip at checkout and the system confirms flat-rate eligibility for your warehouse order. Fringe zips may quote a standard LTL rate instead of flat rate.

Our Santa Fe Springs warehouse runs 10,000+ sq ft of active inventory with new truckloads arriving weekly. Furniture Warehouse Deals turnover is fast — the product grid on this page is a live slice of what's in stock and freight-eligible for Columbus today. Items can move before a OH order ships, which is why we hold a unit once you pay.

Extreme weather in Ohio — winter storms, summer heat, hurricane season along the Gulf — can add 1-3 days to the 2,230 miles transit. Warp routes around closures when possible. The warehouse itself ships palletized and shrink-wrapped; climate-sensitive items (mattresses, electronics) stay in sealed packaging until delivery.

Inspect every piece before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL). Write any visible damage on the BOL before the driver leaves Columbus — that's critical for our carrier claim. Photograph the freight, packaging, and pallet, email photos plus your order number to [email protected] within 48 hours, and keep all packaging until the claim is closed. We resolve verified damage at no cost to you — replacement parts, repair, a replacement unit, partial credit, or a return with refund, at our election.
