How sectionals freight delivery works
Curbside + liftgate
Standard freight is curbside with liftgate: the driver lowers the pallet to your driveway or curb. Moving it inside is up to you unless you add inside delivery.
Two-man inside delivery (white-glove)
A 2-person crew brings your items inside your home, to the room of your choice — not just the curb. One flat $300 per order. Assembly isn't included.
Sectionals shipping to Chattanooga — FAQ
What does inside (white-glove) delivery cost on Chattanooga sectionals shipments?
Checkout offers one delivery add-on: two-man inside delivery (white-glove) for a flat $300. A 2-person crew brings your sectionals inside your TN home to the room of your choice instead of leaving it at the curb. It doesn't include assembly. Without it, freight to Chattanooga is curbside with liftgate.
Are the sectionals items shipped to Chattanooga new, open-box, or used?
Every sectionals listing shows its condition: New (sealed, unopened), Open Box (returned or display, inspected and graded), or As-Is (visible wear, sold at deeper discount). Condition is disclosed on the product page before you add to cart — no bait-and-switch when the pallet arrives at your Chattanooga door.
What should Chattanooga buyers know before ordering sectionals freight?
Three things: (1) measure your doorways, stairs, and access route — sectionals ships palletized, not flat-packed, and confirming fit and access is the buyer's responsibility; (2) be home for the delivery window (4 hours, scheduled 24-48 hours out); and (3) inspect every piece before signing the BOL, write any damage on it, photograph everything, and keep the packaging. That last one is the single biggest difference between a smooth Chattanooga delivery and a slow damage claim.
Do you deliver sectionals to cities near Chattanooga like East Ridge and Red Bank?
Yes — our Chattanooga freight lane covers the broader metro, including East Ridge, Red Bank, Soddy-Daisy, Signal Mountain. The flat-rate pricing on this page applies across the catchment area. Enter your actual TN delivery zip at checkout and the system will confirm lane eligibility and final rate for your sectionals order.
How much sectionals do you actually stock?
Our Santa Fe Springs warehouse runs 10,000+ sq ft of active inventory with new truckloads arriving weekly. Discount Sectional Sofas turnover is fast — the product grid on this page is a live slice of what's in stock and freight-eligible for Chattanooga today. Items can move before a TN order ships, which is why we hold a unit once you pay.
Do you ship sectionals to commercial addresses in Chattanooga?
Yes — businesses, offices, and rental properties in Chattanooga can receive sectionals freight. Commercial addresses with a loading dock may waive the residential surcharge and speed up transit. Note the commercial address at checkout or in the order notes so the carrier routes appropriately.
