Chattanooga Costco Deals Freight — Flat-Rate from LA

Extreme weather in Tennessee — winter storms, summer heat, hurricane season along the Gulf — can add 1-3 days to the 2,010 miles transit. Warp routes around closures when possible. The costco deals itself ships palletized and shrink-wrapped; climate-sensitive items (mattresses, electronics) stay in sealed packaging until delivery.

Pickup from our 2,010 miles-away Santa Fe Springs warehouse, LTL freight transit on Warp's Chattanooga lane, curbside delivery with liftgate, and carrier scheduling. The one optional add-on — two-man inside delivery (white-glove) for a flat $300 — is a visible line item at checkout, not hidden inside the base rate.

Varies by item — boxed Costco sectionals typically take 30-90 minutes with basic tools, larger pieces 2-4 hours. Freight delivery doesn't include assembly; the two-man inside delivery add-on ($300) gets it to the room of your choice in Chattanooga, ready for you or a local handyman to assemble.

Standard Warp LTL coverage protects costco deals up to a carrier liability limit (typically $0.10/lb for used freight class). For high-value Chattanooga orders we offer optional declared-value coverage at checkout — it increases the declared value of the shipment with the carrier and funds our recovery if the pallet is damaged or lost. Either way, your remedy for damage on arrival is our damage-resolution process at no cost to you — it doesn't depend on the coverage outcome.

Our costco deals is often literally Amazon's inventory — overstock and returned-pallet liquidation from the same warehouses that stock Amazon. We skip Amazon's retail markup and the fulfillment fees baked into their price, then ship from Santa Fe Springs to Chattanooga. Same product, same condition grade, typically 40-80% less even after 2,010 miles of freight.

Once the pallet leaves our Santa Fe Springs dock, Warp emails a tracking link with PRO number and status updates. You'll see it move from our LA origin to the Chattanooga delivery terminal. The carrier will also call 24-48 hours before the delivery window to confirm your TN address and scheduling.
