Austin Overstock Freight — Flat-Rate from LA

Pickup from our 1,377 miles-away Santa Fe Springs warehouse, LTL freight transit on Warp's Austin lane, curbside delivery with liftgate, and carrier scheduling. The one optional add-on — two-man inside delivery (white-glove) for a flat $300 — is a visible line item at checkout, not hidden inside the base rate.

Yes. The rate on this page is the current flat-rate quote for a representative overstock pallet to the Austin catchment. If your item is oversized or your zip is at the edge of the lane, call (562) 568-8883 or email [email protected] and we'll confirm the exact rate and transit for your specific SKU and TX zip before you check out.

Manufacturer warranties usually do NOT transfer on liquidation overstock — check each product page for your specific unit. Where a warranty does survive, claims on Austin orders go to the manufacturer directly with your purchase record; we can also help if you get stuck. Undisclosed damage or defects are covered separately by our 48-hour reporting window.

Yes — multiple items to the same Austin address ship on combined pallets as long as the total stays within Warp's 850-lb, 50×50×85 flat-rate ceiling. If your cart exceeds that, checkout shows a multi-pallet freight quote (still flat-rate per pallet) instead of surprise fees at delivery.

Three things: (1) measure your doorways, stairs, and access route — overstock ships palletized, not flat-packed, and confirming fit and access is the buyer's responsibility; (2) be home for the delivery window (4 hours, scheduled 24-48 hours out); and (3) inspect every piece before signing the BOL, write any damage on it, photograph everything, and keep the packaging. That last one is the single biggest difference between a smooth Austin delivery and a slow damage claim.

We do not currently collect Texas sales tax on overstock orders shipped to Austin. Texas use tax may apply under state law — check with a TX tax professional if you have questions about your obligations as a buyer. Stripe Tax recalculates at final checkout if our nexus status has changed.
