Yes. We have a large lot at 13544 Imperial Highway with room for pickup trucks, SUVs, and rental trucks. The loading area is around the back of the building. Pull up, let our team know which pergolas order you're picking up, and we'll help you load it safely.

Can you hold a piece of pergolas for me until I get to the warehouse from Loma Linda?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can hold a piece of pergolas with a deposit — a reservation-style hold for up to 24 hours while you arrange transport from Loma Linda or inspect in person. The deposit is applied in full toward the purchase price; if you cancel, it's refunded less our actual, documented costs (or taken in full as store credit, your option). Without a deposit, we can't lock inventory; liquidation stock moves too fast.
