Why Buy Liquidation Overstock?

Same Brands You Know

We source from Costco, Amazon, Signature Hardware, and other major retailers. These are the exact same products you'd find in stores — just sold through the liquidation channel at a fraction of the price.

Inspected & Graded

Every item is inspected and assigned a condition grade so you know exactly what you're getting. From brand new in sealed packaging to open-box like-new, we're transparent about every piece.

40-80% Off Retail

When retailers clear overstock and excess inventory, we buy by the truckload at deep wholesale prices. That means you save 40-80% compared to what you'd pay at a traditional store — with no hidden fees.

Overstock happens when retailers order more inventory than they can sell. Instead of paying to store it, they liquidate the surplus at wholesale prices. We buy those surplus truckloads — sofas, beds, patio sets, appliances — and sell them at 40-80% off retail. This isn't damaged or used merchandise. It's brand-new, factory-sealed product that simply didn't sell before the next season's inventory arrived. Same brands, same quality, dramatically lower prices.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Francis Retail a legitimate place to buy overstock?
We're a registered LLC with a physical warehouse, a 5.0-star Google rating from 57 reviews, and a phone line answered by staff during business hours. If you want to verify, drive to 13544 Imperial Highway or look us up on Google Maps — search "Francis Retail Santa Fe Springs."
What's the sales tax on overstock delivered to Crafton?
California sales tax applies. The exact rate depends on the delivery address — for Crafton in San Bernardino County, that's your local rate (usually 7.75-10.5%). For warehouse pickup at Santa Fe Springs, the rate is 10.75%. We pull live rates from the CDTFA API, so what you see at checkout matches what Crafton sales tax actually is.
Can you hold a piece of overstock for me until I get to the warehouse from Crafton?
Deposit-based holds are available for 24 hours. That's useful if you want to drive in from Crafton to inspect before finalizing. Without a deposit, a piece can sell to someone else in the meantime — our inventory is single-unit and fast-moving.
What's your return policy on overstock?
Three tiers: (1) Damage/defect — report within 48 hours with photos to [email protected]; our team reviews it and chooses the fix — parts, repair, replacement, partial credit, or a return with refund — at no cost to you. (2) Change of mind on overstock — 7 days with our authorization, eligible Brand New / Open Box grades only, item must be unused and resalable, you pay the return transport, 15-30% restocking fee applies. (3) As-Is / For Parts items are final sale (always disclosed on the product page). Full policy at francisretail.com/returns.
Does overstock come with a warranty?
Manufacturer warranties usually do NOT transfer on liquidation overstock — check the listing for your specific unit. What we do cover: any undisclosed damage or defects reported within 48 hours of delivery — email [email protected] with photos, and we resolve it at our election (replacement parts, repair, a replacement unit, partial credit, or a return with refund) at no cost to you.
Can I pick up overstock at your warehouse instead of paying for delivery?
Yes. Our warehouse at 13544 Imperial Highway, Ste B in Santa Fe Springs is open Monday through Friday 9AM-5PM and Saturday 10AM-4PM. From Crafton, it's about a 56-minute drive. Pickup is free — just bring your order confirmation, or walk in and shop the floor directly. Sunday we're closed.
