Every open-box item is inspected at our warehouse before it's listed. Missing hardware or accessories are noted in the listing description — we don't hide missing parts. For Wildomar customers, the listing is the source of truth. If the listing doesn't mention missing parts, assume everything is there.
How does your reservation deposit system work for open box?
Put down 10-20% to reserve a open box piece for 24 hours through our reservation system. For Wildomar buyers who need to drive in or arrange transport, it's the safe way to guarantee the piece. The deposit is applied in full to the final purchase total; cancellations are refunded less our actual, documented costs (or taken as store credit in full).
Can your crew haul away old open box when they deliver to Wildomar?
Old-open box removal can sometimes be added to a Wildomar delivery. It's not a standard service, but if you ask in advance and the crew has space on the truck, we may be able to haul off old furniture. Call for specifics — it's not guaranteed and depends on the piece.
Do you also deliver open box to areas near Wildomar?
Absolutely. Wildomar sits in the Lake Elsinore and Murrieta corridor, and we deliver through all of those areas on the same runs. If you're ordering open box and a neighbor wants a piece too, we can handle both stops. Routes are already running — adding a second address is no extra charge if they're close together.
