Our reservation system lets you put down a small deposit (typically 10-20%) to hold open box for 24 hours. French Valley customers use it to lock a piece while they arrange transport or finalize a decision. The deposit is applied in full toward the purchase price when you complete the order; if you cancel, it's refunded less our actual, documented costs — or, at your option, issued in full as store credit.
