Why Buy Liquidation Open Box?

Same Brands You Know

We source from Costco, Amazon, Signature Hardware, and other major retailers. These are the exact same products you'd find in stores — just sold through the liquidation channel at a fraction of the price.

Inspected & Graded

Every item is inspected and assigned a condition grade so you know exactly what you're getting. From brand new in sealed packaging to open-box like-new, we're transparent about every piece.

40-80% Off Retail

When retailers clear overstock and excess inventory, we buy by the truckload at deep wholesale prices. That means you save 40-80% compared to what you'd pay at a traditional store — with no hidden fees.

Open-box doesn't mean used — it means someone opened the box, maybe checked the color or size, and returned it. The retailer can't sell it as "new" anymore, so they liquidate it at 40-80% off. We buy these products by the truckload from Costco, Amazon, and other major retailers. Every item is inspected at our warehouse before it hits the floor. You get a brand-new product at a fraction of the price — the only thing missing is the shrink wrap.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the best time to drive from Avalon to pick up open box?
The warehouse sits near the 5/605 interchange in Santa Fe Springs. From Avalon, the drive is roughly 60 minutes off-peak. We recommend early morning or mid-day pickups to dodge LA traffic. Our loading dock is around back — easy for a truck or SUV.
Do you install open box at my Avalon address?
Yes, professional installation is available for most open box. The crew brings tools, hardware, and assembly skill, and installs during the same visit as the Avalon delivery. Pick "Delivery + Installation" during checkout — the upcharge is shown before you pay.
Do you offer financing on open box?
We offer three buy-now-pay-later options: Afterpay (4 payments, no interest), Klarna (flexible installments), and Affirm (3, 6, or 12 month plans for bigger open box orders). Apply at checkout, get an instant decision, and walk the open box out the same day. All three work for both online orders and warehouse walk-ins.
Is there enough parking at the warehouse to pick up open box?
Yes. We have a large lot at 13544 Imperial Highway with room for pickup trucks, SUVs, and rental trucks. The loading area is around the back of the building. Pull up, let our team know which open box order you're picking up, and we'll help you load it safely.
Do you sell open box to businesses or bulk buyers in Avalon?
Definitely. Hotels, Airbnb hosts, property managers, staging companies, and contractors in Avalon can buy in bulk. Volume pricing on open box orders is available — call (562) 568-8883 to discuss quantity and delivery logistics.
What's your return policy on open box?
Three tiers: (1) Damage/defect — report within 48 hours with photos to [email protected]; our team reviews it and chooses the fix — parts, repair, replacement, partial credit, or a return with refund — at no cost to you. (2) Change of mind on open box — 7 days with our authorization, eligible Brand New / Open Box grades only, item must be unused and resalable, you pay the return transport, 15-30% restocking fee applies. (3) As-Is / For Parts items are final sale (always disclosed on the product page). Full policy at francisretail.com/returns.
